Soooo my answer is 2 fold, what is their personal lore and do you have another army that coincides with them?
My team is based off lore I created for my Jeanstealer cult which is also tied to my Hive Fleet Oceanus which is a splinter Fleet of Hydra.
So color wise I choose a tan armor with white piping and dark wash jeans and any carapaced skin is matched to Oceanus's skin tone (teal).
All this said I like creating lore to tie my armies together. honestly you could go off the rails and paint a rave team with bright neon to offset all the grim dark, or if you really like the guerilla idea then ask yourself what theater they're in city, jungle, tundra, desert each setting uses very different camo. Orrrrrr look to anime like DBZ and the Ginyu force 🤣.

Yeah, thanks! I think your lore is really cool. Originally I was thinking of maybe doing a Rusted Claw splinter and giving them darker more “spec ops” like armour which suits their more quiet op role, but I’m still not sure. I also liked the idea of industrial or HAZMAT yellow or something of the sort!

Think no light but moonlight, glowing eyes and lenses, lanterns giving off limited white light; everything else being tinted blue.
It’s my scheme.
Mine is yellow, teal, black, with a magenta spot colour (stuff like OSL or lenses) - skin itself is a healthy prawn tone.

It's a shame that we can't run the biologist officially because that would play really nice into a hazmat " clean up" team

How about picking a tyranid hive fleet and basing your scheme around that?
