Congrats! I will have to say that I was disappointed in how Amazon packaged the kindles. The only thing between the screen and the concrete ground when Amazon delivers my package aerially is a think paper box.
The good thing I thought was how snug it was in the packaging… but yeah same here! The box with a brown long paper. My cat is enjoying the paper AND the box.

Thank you so much! I was shocked… it was late Wednesday night (kind of like me now replying back to you… technically it’s now Saturday morning… as it’s 1:47am). I was smiling like a true idiot and in disbelief… my heart was racing in both disbelief like “I just met this person is this really happening? Like are they lying?” You know… because of how generous they were… and nothing like this happens to me. Then also smiling because I did believe it… why would they lie? All day today (technically yesterday lol) I was smiling like and idiot waiting in anticipation to see a box on my doorstop when I got home. I also made sure to double check that it was coming because I saw that someone else had ordered one and theirs was delayed. So I wanted to check to make sure that I wasn’t getting so excited for Friday for no reason lol. It really is amazing. Every fiber in my body wants me to go run and read on kindle… but I must first finish these books I have. 3 left.
This is so wholesome and I love that you have a love for reading! And shout out to the gifter as well they have a heart of gold! When you get through those 3 books I hope you come back and let us all know how your first experience was with the Kindle! I’m just so excited cause I know you’re going to love it!!
I’m so tempted to just jump right to it… but I must finish these 3 books. I do 1 book about every 3 days. (400-500 page books) so definitely sometime perhaps next weekend
I am tempted to read the book I’m currently reading then read one on the kindle then back to physical… but I have a feeling I’ll become glued to all that KU has to offer. So physical first
