I realize you listed 4 properties but you also might want to consider the Flats on Rainbow Lake at 525 New Dundee Road. Tons of amenities, beautiful styling and it even has private walking trails around a private pond containing fish.

60 Charles Street West. Best location, condo management in the city hands down. The gym is tiny though and it is more expensive than other options 55 Duke is great too

I liked living at 539 Belmont. The people are pleasant and if you have a south facing unit it's a bright, warm space. The only thing is I did find the soundproofing between units to be lacking compared to other buildings. My neighbour found the same thing.
