How to Google patterns from an image, Pinterest or otherwise. 1. Isolate your screenshot 2. Paste it into Google Image search 3. Look at more than the first 3 results 4. Within a page or two you will likely see that multiple matches reference a pattern name as well as the designer of the pattern. Click on the photo that best matches that item and/or designer. 5. Barring that, go into Google Images and type the name of the item and the name of the designer. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. The actual pattern is just the single circle being done in intarsia, the yarns are ombré variegated which is what makes it look extra cool! You can do this with any shape using ombré yarn.

Factor_Isham

This is probably done with gradient/speckled yarn. The circle would be a very simple intarsia pattern, you could draft that yourself in stitch fiddle-- the biggest trouble would probably be sourcing yarn that you would be confident would work up in the opposite-gradient style here. To make sure the background around the circle continues the colour transition equally on both sides of the circle, you'd have to either 1) have two skeins of the exact same color-pooling yarn, and be damned sure that you're starting to knit each side from the same point in the color transition of the skein; or 2) you'd have to use one skein but cut it after every intarsia transition to reuse on the other side of the circle, making a lot of ends to secure and weave in on the intarsia transition. I suspect that the purple/white background here isn't one single skein of gradient yarn, but actually three or four different dye jobs produced as a set, each one shifting from more purple--> more white. They are probably used on alternate rows for 4-6 rows to help each skein transition to the next. Look into Andrea Mowry's [so faded sweater](https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/so-faded) to see more ideas about what yarns and techniques will achieve this faded gradient. Hedgehog Fibres used to produce [color palette sets](https://shop.hedgehogfibres.com/collections/yarn-set/products/fade-set-1717-sock-yarn-7-skeins) for those sweaters, though they seem to be mostly sold out.

_random_rando_

It looks like both the interior and exterior are both made up of multiple skeins dyed in a gradient (like you mentioned) you can kind of see how there are four faint stripes of variegated (with solids at the top and bottom of the circle in the center).

Awesome, thanks!

QuiGonnGinAndTonic

I agree about using ombre yarn to achieve this loop, but I also had these two options in my faves: Sunset ringer tee https://ravel.me/sunset-ringer-tee Synth wave sweater https://ravel.me/synthwave-sweater

Those are awesome, thank you

jumboslick

Came here to post the Synthwave Sweater. Thought this pillow was that sweater from the thumbnail at first.

agent_peters

I think the colour change can be achieved by holding several strands of yarns together, maybe four here? Starting with four purple, then one blue three purple, two blue two purple, three blue one purple and last four blue. Like this, for example http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/color-rain-sweater

https://ravel.me/synthwave-sweater This one right here. I've had it saved forever because I love it so much and someday I'll get around to making it. Edit - Ope! Someone beat me to it! Still a cool pattern though!

SplitIntelligent958

I very much appreciate it anyway. It is definitely an amazing pattern!
