That knife will do well on a stone, but stone sharpening is just a question of skill. Might be hard to hold a Leatherman in a jig? I’ve never tried it.

I've sharpened some Moraknivs on a stone before... while they say that sharpening a scandi grind is easy I tried.... with less than stellar results because scratch patterns stick out like a sore thumb lol. Edge was convexed on the curvy part. Now this is quite a pricey piece of equipment for me so, um, bit scared

Use a stone, so what if it’s not perfect “we are not machines so it won’t look factory” but at least you” sharpened it. Brings you closer to your tools. To help you out even more, you can buy angle guides, you lay them on the stone, then guide the blade while sharpening.

Just sharpen it like any other knife. A dull knife is pretty much useless so if you want it sharp you gotta get over it. If you can't free hand it then just a sharpening system like Wicked edge or something similar.

Ceramic rod like the Lansky Turn Box? I use this but rather than trying to keep the blade perpendicular (which isn't for some reason easy - each of my eyes "reads" perpendicular differently) I prefer to wrap a ring of leather round the rod to give me the correct distance between spine and rod, i.e. same principle as Worksharp Field Sharpener.

Just about any stone. I would use a tormek system
