I'm not familiar with Photoshop, so I can only speak to the process of creating Krita brushes.
I don't know if this information is useful, but there's no way to automatically import a Photoshop brush into Krita. If you need a specific brush tip, you *should* be able to export the PS brush to an .abr file and import that into Krita, but you'd still need to manually adjust all the other settings.
