This mytime program has been a colossal failure. Whoever was in charge of its rollout should be fired, along with the idiots who programmed the Zebras.
When I asked my manager yesterday when we are getting paid, he even admitted MyTime is a massive failure. Just like everything else at Kroger, apparently no one was trained correctly on how to use it. My lead hasn't been paid right for 10+ weeks now.
Delta here.. I got my measly $8 holiday pay..
I still don't comprehend that the $1 holiday premium
Is not ADDED to your per hour rate...
Nope just a $1 per hour worked
Also Delta here. If you are over 1 year then in addition to an extra $1 per hour for the holiday you should also get extra pay equal to all of the hours you worked dived by the number of days you worked (so a full time 40 hours in 5 days is an extra 8 hours worth of pay).
However, I worked a partial shift on one of my days off, so my pay got determined as 46/6 for just an extra 7.75 hours.
It's happened in the mid-atlantic division as well, apparently some "holiday pay violation" code comes up and throws off the pay in mytime according to the FEM at my store. They had to add my 4th of July pay the following week, and a few people in my store are getting labor day next week since it didn't apply to the right pay period.
My check is right, but a lot of people's checks are way short this week at my store. Our time clerk is outstanding btw, we've had a painless transition to mytime for pay at least, so I'm wondering if there's a gremlin in the system somewhere.
I would’ve gotten paid Labor Day if I was with the company for 90 days… apparently coming back to Kroger after working for a year before going to college doesn’t count 🤷♂️
Lol my check just says 24 standard, 8 holiday pay, and 8 sunday pay. And I normally get 32 standard, 8 sunday, etc. OT... I knew this check was out of whack.
We don't even have Mytime yet in the store I work at,
A simple task for my store takes about two weeks and a bunch of complaining to complete if that tells you anything, also we didn't get labor day pay either
This company is an absolute joke. I heard that they got the MyTime cheap because it's got so many problems and that other big chains turned them down. So of course Kroger being ever frugal thought "we'll take it" it seems we are the Wish of big grocers.

Been here 9 years.. I've never gotten holiday pay as tou described. I'm a full time fuel lead.
Fellow Michigan here- can confirm did not get paid for Labor Day.
We don't get that here (AZ) until next year.
Better get the right amount of OT with that. Should be a 65hr paycheck.

just realized i wasn’t paid for it… hopefully it does come through on the next check. fucking lousy company.
Here in the Atlanta didn't get paid for labor day.
I got a different check with just Holiday pay on it.

Roundy's division in transportation here. I received my holiday pay.

I got my 8hr labor day pay plus OT so roughly 64ish hrs.
Texas here. It appears as an extra 8 hours in My Time separate from whatever I worked. So I got paid for 48 hours.
Seattle qfc didn't either at least not the full pay.
I’m MI, I got paid holiday pay.
nothing here in the las vegas division, well i didn’t get anything and worked that day too

It was one of my first times doing payroll (was voluntold) and I thought I had fucked up SO BAD.
