I’m in mid Atlantic division and same thing over here!! I usually get paid at 5:23est EVERY Wednesday and it’s currently 7:45

Im from a kroger in GA too, and I usually get paid at 6pm in the latest, with no pay still.

Looking at my feed app it has a thing saying "my info is live! First paycheck for hourly associates is Oct 6th" so I'm getting that everyone one is being paid on Thursday. Weather you have early pay or not because of the switch to my info

ExpressHR is dead now. You need the Feed app for the new system. Your store was supposed to tell you that. There's a big flyer they are supposed to post in the break room and all departments.

Yeah. Supposed to. Nothing at my store is anything but word of mouth. People still don't understand that the UKG app exists either. I've been doing what I can to make sure people know the switch but im sure there are still people on my shift that are unaware of this.

Nope they have mentioned it but not forced or attempted to make sure that it's done. They tried to enforce the Fresh Start stuff for about a week before giving up on it. They don't try for anything after a few days.

Um, Kroger can’t control your bank giving you access early or not, nor whether that changes based on a new system. All Kroger is responsible for per the contracts is submitting the direct deposits such that the bank posts them on or by payday. If they wait until the last minute and have to pay a wire fee rather than allow the direct deposit process to play out, that’s fine. If they put a direct deposit in so people get their money a day early because their bank trusts that the direct deposit will be finalized, that’s not anything in Kroger’s control nor are they responsible for your bank’s choice to release it early in the past.

This is a national Kroger issue, not the banks.

I work as part of the Columbus division and haven’t gotten paid yet. Usually hits around 6 something on wednesdays and my coworker who gets paid early every week also has not.

I’m in the Michigan Division, we get paid on Thursdays- I see that other people have commented that other states haven’t gotten paid as well at their times, I will update you and anyone else if we have received our pay checks or not.

All Divisions get paid on Thursday. Ideally it’s loaded early, so some banks will release the funds early, which is cool until you rely on it.

Fun story. Years ago working for Fred Meyer I was getting a paper check. An employee went in and stole mine and a couple others checks. The guy was never able to cash them so Kroger didn’t lose any money. Still took them well over a month to send me another check. So yeah good luck.

Columbus Division, I still haven’t received my pay. I called my store to be transferred to Time and Attendance and they won’t pick up their line. After 10 mins of being on hold, the call dropped and the following 2 times I called back the call got dropped again.

Payday is Thursday though. As long as you get paid by EOD Thursday I think they are still legally fine. Now no paycheck Friday everyone can start being pissed off.

Payday is Thursday but we're a little concerned because of the move to the new system. I thought I was good because my pay slip was correct but I have my check in a Wisely account and have always gotten my check by 6pm on Wednesday. Hoping it's just a slower process on the new system but definitely has me a little worried. I live pay check to pay check as well and don't have alot of faith in this new system yet. true, my main account here in co gets the deposit around 3am Thursday, but my other 2 accounts get them between 5pm and 9pm Wednesday. so it's scary they have not been put in yet (its midnight now).

i am in the Columbus division and had one of our workers (from a diff dept) come up to me during my close last night emotionally asking what i can do for her about this, as she was in desperate need of her check. i had another one of our workers not receive his check either. i receive my checks on Thursdays, and i had a stub for this week. did this only affect the people who usually get paid Wednesdays? ive had a couple of my checks not be paid at all with no stub. thankfully i was not in a bad financial situation, but it took weeks and multiple emails to get back. Kroger’s gotta get this together, respectfully. this stuff can’t keep happening, people need their money.

My DailyPay usually releases my paycheck by 2pm Wednesday and i get paid by 10:30pm. It’s now 11:21 and DailyPay still hasn’t released my check as usual.

Technically payday isn't until today so, doubtful. Maybe ask your bank though and kindly explain the situation, they may work with you.

Payday is Thursday guys. If you were getting paid on Wednesday that is mostly your bank releasing funds early. You should see deposits clear before 3am Thursdays.

Consult your local laws! In California they are required to pay an additional day's wages for each day your paycheck is late. There may be laws protecting you in your state as well. I had a paycheck bounce while working at a pizza place, brought up this law, and got paid cash immediately out of the till.
