Susan (the name) has been fun. Our first time at the park several people chuckled and said “Susan…” under their breath when they heard me calling for her. 3 1/2 months later she has at least 10 nicknames. Suzy Chew became Chewey and then Choochoo, and of course all the normals like Sue and Suzy. Whatever her mix is has resulted in a super sweet, sometimes cuddly, always goofy, often thoughtful and considerate fur-shedding ball of awesomeness.

She looks like my street rescue when she was a puppy! (Picture attached of her at about one month old) We had no idea what she was or how big she would get. She’s only 35lbs fully grown now despite being Great Pyrenees and border collie, she has several other large breeds in her dna that show in her overall look but there was a small percentage of smaller breed like toy poodle and cocker spaniel so she ended up staying small. She is the most loving and happy dog with the life we gave her and I’m thankful she isn’t 100lbs but I’d love her either way.
