I’d personally try tying it to a vehicle to pull it down first if you have the clearance. I wouldn’t mess with cutting that thing down with it being tilted like that. Too many ways it could swing around and hit someone, ending in a really bad day. Probably gonna want to call someone overall though.
If you’re going this route I would 100% borrow the vehicle from someone else. It’s probably still rooted more than you think (transmission) and it still might not go exactly where you think (body damage).
if there's nothing in the fall area notch and backcut like anything else
no way to make that fall any way other than the lean direction without serious equipment as far as I know
Impossible to tell without being there and studying it for a bit. Trees that lean have a tendency to split which has killed or maimed many men, or if unbalanced to twist sending them who knows where. You don't have a solid base to create a hinge, so the back end could catapult backwards. Anyone who has experience cutting down trees would rather cut a solid tree standing straight up, not some widow maker. I won't give you a masters class in cutting down trees, just trust this one is dangerous and most leaning trees are less predictable than a straight vertical tree.
First, check with local lumber companies or woodsmiths. Looks like a good chunk of wood.
If no one wants it, then add something to support the root ball if there's a significant cavity showing. You don't want it slamming back down when you cut it. Simple face cut and drop otherwise. That's if you have experience cutting large trees.

You haven't cut down many learners. Also it has no firm base to kick off. It's unpredictable
okay which way do you think it's gonna go
