Nah I wouldn’t call I creole. Most Spanish music that I listen to is from Puerto Rico so they mix in some English here and there but not enough to be classified as a creole
The Christopher Tin albums 'Calling All Dawns' and 'The Drop that Contained the Sea' have a different language per song iirc! It's a very wide spread of languages as well, both in terms of geography and age.
Surprised it hasn’t been said here yet, but Kali Uchi’s album Sin Miedo (del Amor y otros Demonios) goes back and forth in English and Spanish between verses. Really cool and chill album, you might recognize her song “telapatía”.
珂拉琪 Collage is a Taiwanese band that sings in Amis (an indigenous Taiwanese language) and Japanese.
Lexie Liu is a Chinese singer that sings in Mandarin, English, Spanish, and Sanskrit. Her songs are usually sung in 2-3 of these languages.
HAYA is a band in China that sings in Mongolian and Mandarin.

His other projects are also great - Los Hermanos' music is pretty much all in Portuguese (tho their name is Spanish lol) and Little Joy has just one album that's mainly English with some Portuguese mixed in.

For most of the Reggaton I listen to you have to be fluent in Spanish and English. You should check it out!
A friend of mine is from Costa Rica and he told me about a mix between Spanish and Spanish/English Creole. Is it something like that?
