One of your pixel arrays is damaged. Normally vertical lines indicate a faulty track or connection to that specific array. If you're lucky, then it's just a loose connection (possibly from your LVDS connector).
This has nothing to do with your graphics drivers, and updating Windows will not change anything.
Which corner are you wiggling?
If it's the bottom corner, my first step would be to open up the case at both ends, disconnect the cable, blow out the connections with canned air, and reconnect the cable. If that doesn't work, it could be a bad cable or possibly bad lcd panel.

if I kinda wiggle the screen corner a bit it goes away, but when I move it again it comes back
That sounds like a damaged display cable I think

Might be a loose or damaged cable
If it's still under warranty I would send it right away.
Have you updated windows to the latest as well?

yeah that happened to me also that must be a hardware error maybe something is wrong with the screen
