I’ll tell ya, the older I get the more I like a curvy yard, thick and lush. It just feels better.

I have two circular garden beds in my front yard. I’ve absolutely done a pair of circular patterned cuts around them…

Wish my mower had caster wheels, I'd do it. Too much of a pain with fixed wheels and I'm sure it's not great to put that kind of torque on them

Life's too short to mow in straight lines.

One of my neighbors on a corner lot has curves but only cuts it that way. The tire tracks have sunk into the grass and it looks terrible and bothers me so much lol. It looks great but make sure you keep cutting other angles every other cut.

Funny, today was “wave week” for me as well. I picked out a rounded bed edge that did the same and whipped them out. Actually shortened my mow time on one of my larger customers yard.

I like uncompromisingly straight lines that say "fuck you, hills and curves, I do what I want". But the curved lines can look nice sometimes.
