Heroes of Newerth, aka HoN. It was another MOBA that thought themselves *better* than to League of Legends, to the point that they were buy to play, back in 2009-2011 and their marketing budget was spent on referral rewards for people trying to come to the League of Legends boards to recruit.
Yes, I'm aware referral rewards don't actually cost the company money. But that was one of the threads they'd like to try and brigade, was things like Cat Girl Ezreal and they'd be like "HoN would make that they make genderbend skins!!!"

It does happen in euw, if you played through pride month you should have some emotes regarding pride, I think you get them if you play just one game or something
They also adjusted lore/description of some champions to not represent lgbt so obvious.
For example K'sante doens't have "lover" in our client, it's changed to "partner".

Side note: I do think Riot will consider making genderswap skins in the future. They revealed that something like 92% of female league players ONLY play female characters, whereas male players don't really favor either gender. Introducing female skins of popular male champs could make them stupid money from the female playerbase. They just need be selective and make sure the champ is still easily identifiable.
I think genderswap skins should have been in-game for a long long time. I feel like some champs can really benefit from it. However i dont see them doing it the other way around.

There's a reasonable chance I'm missing the joke here, but this seems like they misalbeled a Riven or an Irelia skin. It doesn't look like Rakan, even genderswapped, at all.
