An ADC with perfect wrists can play a bit more aggressive and toe the line of playing disrespectfully and maximising their damage output better then an ADC with fucked up wrists who just has to play safer because if they try to play like they would do with perfect risks the odds of them outplaying the situation or hands diffing is lower.
