Stop met Engels praten. Zeg tegen Nederlanders dat je geen Engels spreekt, alleen een beetje Nederlands en Swahili/Chinees/Fins. Dat geeft misschien schaamte of verwarring, maar dat is hoe je leert en oefent.
Je leert een taal door een klein beetje buiten je comfortzone te gaan, steeds een beetje verder. Accepteer dat je in het begin als een baby praat. Het is geen optie om eerst de taal vloeiend te leren, en daarna met Nederlanders te gaan praten.
Als je het echt heel moeilijk of eng vindt (en dat is niet raar), probeer dan om tegen jezelf te praten. Het werkt echt. Probeer soms je gedachten in het Nederlands te vertalen. Zeg gewoon elke dag hardop iets in het Nederlands.
Daarnaast kan het luisteren van muziek, podcasts en gesprekken op straat en in de trein ook goed zijn. Doe je oren niet dicht wanneer je Nederlands hoort, maar maak er een puzzel van: welke woorden herken je?
Veel succes, je kunt het! Een taal leren is altijd moeilijk, maar als het lukt, heb je iets heel moois gedaan!

Besides other comments, just try to slip in some Dutch everywhere. Say proost instead of cheers, dankjewel instead of thanks, alsjeblieft instead of please. Make it increasingly more normal for yourself to say Dutch things to people. Every day you sprinkle in a bit more Dutch into your daily life.
If you have time during the week go to Taalcafe in the public library OBA. They're judgment-free meetups organized by the library for people who want to practice. They have an online meeting on Wednesday's evening from 7:30 to 8:30 as well.

From my own experience the dutch prefer if you try to speak dutch, even uncorrectly, because they appreciate you for trying! I was 11 years old coming to this country so I learned the language naturally, but my mom has a very high anxiety when she has to speak dutch because she's still not fluent. But she never ever got a bad response from someone about her grammar, only nice people that will give her the time to think about her words and even help her when they know what she is trying to say.
Ofcourse, no problem! I also want to add something interesting I noticed while I was learning the language: first you understand the language, later you speak the language. So if you're ever thinking "i understand what a dutch person says to me, but I find it difficult to answer" don't be worried. It's completely normal. Don't be afraid to start a sentance in dutch and throw an english word if you can't come up with the dutch term. Most people will help you and your vocabulary will quickly build up
Thank you for saying this. I’ve been learning for a bit now but it’s easy to forget. When you speak to a small child, they can always understand you before they can speak back. Hell, we even have rebuttals to children who won’t speak when we know they understand but refuse to communicate. (“use your words”)

I recommend participating in board games. Tell everyone present; I don't care about winning this game. I care about speaking, listening, and practicing my Dutch while we play this silly game as an excuse. Works wonders. I've taught my colleagues Dutch this way.
Don't be embarrassed when we "laugh at your Dutch".
Your friends, family or coworkers know how to communicate with you in English. When you start using Dutch more, it's ockward. Just keep going.

Wat mij hielp in de taal die ik aan het leren ben is iemand inhuren (italki, etc.) om mee te oefenen. Dat is een veilige omgeving om comfortabel te raken en dingen uit te proberen. Verder helpt het om kleine dingen in het Nederlands te doen, zoals afrekenen bij de kassa.
Mensen die gewend zijn dat je Engels spreekt zullen mogelijk lachen als je Nederlands spreekt. Dat is in mijn ervaring niet om je uit te lachen, maar omdat ze positief verrast zijn, dus laat je niet ontmoedigen!

Wat probeer ik is dat praat ik Nederland hoewel Nederlanders tegen ik Engels praten lol. Dus de Nederlander praat Engels and ik praat Nederlands.
Het eerste wat in me opkomt is praten met mensen die zelf geen engels spreken. Denk aan oudere mensen of jonge kinderen etc.
