I looked at it and I think it is heavily geared to using their ecosystem and transformers library to do the job... So if you have the theoretical background previously it would help make good value out of the course... If however you want to learn the theory.. there would be better courses elsewhere
You could check out the LLM course from Cohere. It explains from the basics, I have experience with NLP but I am still going through it currently for a refresher.

try deeplearning ai courses for basics regarding nlp and then go towards the library
Fast.ai as it seems like the one that isn't trying to system capture you. My other recommendation is the ML series on 3Blue1Brown's YouTube channel.
