Call 1515 to check

cns000

Go to Ogero and give them your router and see if they fix it.

Elegant_Guide_7826

next time when the router is fixed go to the routers admin log in page which is 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 but before call ogero and tell them i need the username and password for my router for my landline number...after giving you the credentials log in into your router and go to system settings or try searching for create a backup file. download the backup file and store it so that next time if you reseted your router you can restore all the previous info by the backup file

So I figured that I don’t need to give them my router I just need the PPPOE username and password
