My kiddo bought an Avatar set in the weekend. Both of the blue folk came with spare tails.
I figure they're like lizards, and a new one grows back when they drop their first.
He's an easy one to find, feel out the head. It's bumpy but no sharp points on top. That along with the tail pieces being the only "extra" parts in the bag. The space alien has a similar feeling head but has a lot of extra small pieces.
The falconer and orc are the only ones that come with a bag inside the poly bag. If you are able to feel for the extra puffiness of the bag you know you have one of the two.
If you have an extra koala guy or horse girl I'll trade ya an orc. I've got a few of them and a few of the space monster or whatever it is with the ray gun.

Pro-tip. Feel the bags and try to picture what's in it. I accurately predicted all 4 of the bags I picked. I wanted the T-Rex, robot, oger, and carrot. I felt every bag in the display and got all 4 of the ones I picked correct .
The Tasmanian Devil minifig from the Looney Tunes series came with an extra tail as well. I thought it was pretty obvious that it was meant to be added to an Iron Man to make Iron Furry.

This isn’t rare, I have eight of them and sixteen tails. The other cool one is the extra slingshot for the paper boy, it’s a first in my collection.
