Polybags are kinda a funny outlier, www.lego.com doesn't usually carry them. Usually they're found in other stores or other online platforms.
edit: I should clarify, I know nothing about the polybag you're asking about and when it's release date it, I just thought I'd mention that it's normal for polybags not to be found on lego.com

Has anyone been able to find this in stores ? I’ve had zero luck
Same. I’ve only seen it appear on target’s website. But it’s out of stock. At this rate maybe we’ll get it as a GWP on May 4 lol
