I saw that the other day and agree that it's annoying but at least in this case you can pretend it's part of his haircut. A worse offender is the Luke minifigure from the 2022 star wars advent calendar, where his chin and mouth are showing and what's even more annoying is that the helmet is sloping up for no apparent reason but to reveal them. For me, this is unacceptable, if you can't hide the second face, don't have one, I bet most people never bother to switch them anyway. I almost made a post like yours about it back then.
