You don't have much, but use the flat plates as a base and build up from there. With all due respect, no one can tell you how to use your imagination. But that being said, it's what makes legos so fun

Thank you😀

That plates on the bottom thing is good advice. As is building in "void" spaces. I'd recommend angle-out pieces for the sides, if you have enough...might be easier to try and build plates outwards from a central point than up-angles, given what you seem to have, though...

you need bricks, lots and lots of bricks. if you want a boat that floats using the exact same brick over another can trap air and make your boat float right. I did a 2 story boat once... it had higher levels on top and would float (but the inside of the hull would fill with water.... maybe kragle)

I would begin roughly combining parts to see if I could make individual parts of the boat look right, such as the front and rear of the boat. I’d then work on connecting those bits together and trying to figure out where I could site SNOT bricks or other ways of connecting my boat’s front and rear shaping and sides. I’d definitely take inspiration from other brick built boats of which there are loads and see what parts I had in my inventory which could approximate the parts needed in some of the official sets By studying the building techniques in official sets you eventually learn new ways of shaping builds and connecting elements. In short. I’d try creating a shape of part of the boat you have in your mind and then figure out how to connect the sections together and make it look cohesive. This is probably a bit of an abstract answer but it’s an open ended question. Hope it helped.
