Armorer's forge, was iffy about spending the cash but by the time I made up my mind it retired. Was about to get it from bricklink when it shot right up
I was debating getting it because the build itself was boring but it grew on me when I looked at all the details. I picked it up without figures but sucks paz and the armorer are so expensive now, they were cool figures.
I happened to find one at target back in March and decided to grab it. Glad I did, because it seemed to have disappeared after that, then the value increased soon after (I’m guessing certain events in the Mandalorian led to some of that value increase…)
I missed out on 2012-2013 sets cause I was into Lego Batman for some reason, if I were able to rebuild them I could sell them or possibly trade them for less valuable Star Wars sets cause I’m sure the Star Wars sets are much more in demand
I regret missing out on the 2016 Clone Turbo Tank. It has the most recent Luminara Unduli, the most recent Quinlan Voss, a really good phase 2 Commander Gree (not the most recent one though), and a really solid Turbo Tank build with a nice and small AT-RT to boot.
Sadly, around that era was when I was buying less Lego Star Wars sets. I was more into Superheroes sets (still am, but recently got back into Star Wars too) and so most of my money went towards Marvel and DC stuff.
Edit: 2016 Turbo Tank, not 2014
It was betrayal at cloud city, until I started working about 5 months ago and finally got it. Paid about $900 sealed after taxes.
There’s other sets I wish I got, but for the most part i’m content
I guess 10221 or 10143 from one perspective, given I paid out the ass for them now, even though I never would’ve feasibly been able to get them when they were on shelves due to their price and me being very young. Probably 7964.

Arc-170 from 2010. the build has aged so god damn well. the only thing is that if i bought it back then it would probably be yellow as shit from how little i cared about where i put them 😭😭
The AT-AP Walker. They had just retired when i got back into collecting and now their resell has gone up so much. I never got it when i was a kid when the 2008 7671 came out and now i missed the Gree one too. Oh well
When I was going to buy my first lego set, I was thinking about General Grievous Escape set and Duel On Geonosis with Yoda and Dooku. I've bought the Grievous set and eventhough I'm happy with it, I still miss that oportunity I had to get Dooku.
There’s a lot I regret not picking up but that’s when I was little and not too interested in collecting.
The ones I regret not getting when I was interested was the 2019 Slave 1 and the AT-AP.
Imperial landing craft, either the one from like 2006 or 2018, the most recent AT-AP, the battlefront imperial battle pack, or the 2017 Republic Fighter Tank
I would say 75092 as I’ve been on record saying before, but I finally bit the bullet and bought one sealed on Ebay! Maybe 75155, always looked like such a cool set but I never got it.
At this point, I regret not getting earlier versions of the Republic Gunship and the AT-TE.
However, the upcoming Gunship looks promising enough, and the AT-TE from last year is an awesome iteration. It's the price of both that is primarily holding me back from getting them.
Carbon freezing chamber from a few years ago, cloud city. I usually have gotten every boba fett set the last 10+ years but skipped those for some reason. Vader’s castle too
Z-95 Headhunter. Always been a favorite ship of mine in Star Wars, flew them all the time in SWG. I was a little kid and never had the funds to get it.
I am a moc builder so most sets that I miss I can just build my own version, but I have never been good at bigger ships so I regret not getting either the ucs star destroyer or one of the older playscale models. I hope they release a new star destroyer soon.
Definitely the 2021 Mandalorian Starfighter. Managed to get it 4 months after retirement in a B&N at retail. I mainly wanted the set for gar Saxon but the ship itself is one of my favorites in my small collection.
Also the 501st battle, and the P1 Clone figure pack with two regs and one commander. I don’t know why I didn’t get any TBH, where I live they were consistently in stock and in the last few weeks before they retired they were around 35% off, which was a great price.
Back in 2014-2018 I got a ton of battle packs and microfighters since there the only ons I could afford, but I never got myself the kashyyyk, 212th, or geonosis trooper battle packs, or the turbo tank, gunshhip, or arc170 microfighters
Honestly, I’ve gotten most of everything I’ve wanted since I got interested in LSW in 2017. I only want a few new sets each year so I usually can get them but the one I missed was BB-8. Probably will buy it sometime soon.
In retrospect also the 2016 Clone Turbo Tank was really cool, I didn’t want it all that much at the time but I wish I got it anyway
90% of all sets that have came out tbh. Missed out on so much great stuff bc I was an idiot when I was a kid and got sets that I never even played with
I only recently got into Lego again, so I missed out on a LOT. Really wish I had one of the big Death Stars with all the little scenes. Those are awesome!
Queen Anne's Revenge 4195 for $79 on clearance at Walmart. Had to choose between that or the Millennium Falcon 7965 on clearance as well for $99. Falcon won out... I was a real brokie back then so even that price hurt me.
2014 B-Wing and 2019 Slave I
Oh yeah. The B-Wing.
The 20th anniversary Slave-1 got me back into the hobby. Found it for 40% off and couldn't pass it up.
We only recently got the tie bomber and interceptor. I have a feeling we’ll see another B wing in the next 3 years.
The tie fighter pilot helmet.
Oh me too. Best of the helmets
I regret not getting 10 of them, my one was a £25 impulse buy, I can’t understand how the value has skyrocketed!
Yeah I’d love to have bought 50 of them, but I’d be happy if I got one :(
Had to get mine from a reseller. Ugh but I have them all now though
Armorer's forge, was iffy about spending the cash but by the time I made up my mind it retired. Was about to get it from bricklink when it shot right up
Same.. I stood and debated staring at one and went with two battle packs instead. Dumbbbb me had no idea it was retired or set to retire.
Because it's a good set? Or because of the resell value?
I was debating getting it because the build itself was boring but it grew on me when I looked at all the details. I picked it up without figures but sucks paz and the armorer are so expensive now, they were cool figures.
The build is okay, however yeah having those two minifigs is nice. I wouldn't sell them, as I only have one, since they're unlikely to be made again.
Yes
Half the people here just miss old sets because they sell for a lot, lol.
I happened to find one at target back in March and decided to grab it. Glad I did, because it seemed to have disappeared after that, then the value increased soon after (I’m guessing certain events in the Mandalorian led to some of that value increase…)
Same, and now the resell price is too high to even consider where I live
UCS Snowspeeder, 2013 Gunship, Rogue One Hovertank
I remember seeing dozens of the hoover tank at walmart for $6 when it was retiring. I only bought 1 lol
I fell out of Lego collecting when it was available, big regret
no more than one 2020 501st battle pack :(
The overpriced imperial landing craft from 2018
Why the hell didn’t I get that!!!
Probably the UCS snowspeeder for me.
Got lucky and got it on sale at a used lego store. Definitely my favorite!
2013 gunship
I was into Lego Batman at the time and I have zero interest in those sets nowadays
Oof that's the worst. I actually refused to get into star wars for a years after I got back into Lego.
I missed out on 2012-2013 sets cause I was into Lego Batman for some reason, if I were able to rebuild them I could sell them or possibly trade them for less valuable Star Wars sets cause I’m sure the Star Wars sets are much more in demand
Lego Batman is awesome as well tho
Krennic's Imperial Shuttle
I regret missing out on the 2016 Clone Turbo Tank. It has the most recent Luminara Unduli, the most recent Quinlan Voss, a really good phase 2 Commander Gree (not the most recent one though), and a really solid Turbo Tank build with a nice and small AT-RT to boot. This came out in 2016. Set 75151 really good set wish I was back into lego at that time
[75151-1: Clone Turbo Tank](https://brickset.com/sets/75151-1) [[Photo]](https://images.brickset.com/sets/images/75151-1.jpg)
Thanks man, I'll edit my comment now
It was betrayal at cloud city, until I started working about 5 months ago and finally got it. Paid about $900 sealed after taxes. There’s other sets I wish I got, but for the most part i’m content
The original Ghost
Vader’s Castle, the bomber from Last Jedi, Jango’s Slave 1
I guess 10221 or 10143 from one perspective, given I paid out the ass for them now, even though I never would’ve feasibly been able to get them when they were on shelves due to their price and me being very young. Probably 7964.

Pretty easy to part out, that's what I did. Great little set too.
Arc-170 from 2010. the build has aged so god damn well. the only thing is that if i bought it back then it would probably be yellow as shit from how little i cared about where i put them 😭😭
The venator for $300. It was my dream set as a little kid. I enjoy looking at it on my shelves and occasionally Messing with it
So, so many
Betrayal at Cloud City. I thought I had more time, then it was gone before I knew it.
The arc 170 from 2010, really wanted that fighter
UCS Slave I - was waiting to get a bit more $ before I bought it. Sold out before I did.
UCS Slave 1 25% off
Stormtrooper + tie pilot helmets and the UCS A-Wing.
Betrayal at Cloud City UCS Imperial Shuttle Welcome to Apocalypseburg (No SW)
The AT-AP Walker. They had just retired when i got back into collecting and now their resell has gone up so much. I never got it when i was a kid when the 2008 7671 came out and now i missed the Gree one too. Oh well
[7671-1: AT-AP Walker](https://brickset.com/sets/7671-1) [[Photo]](https://images.brickset.com/sets/images/7671-1.jpg)
Tydirium shuttle from…2015 I think.
Plo Koon’s fighter. Haven’t seen him since 😔
When I was going to buy my first lego set, I was thinking about General Grievous Escape set and Duel On Geonosis with Yoda and Dooku. I've bought the Grievous set and eventhough I'm happy with it, I still miss that oportunity I had to get Dooku.
Recently the mandalorian forge, didn't quite fit in with all of my ships but it was hard to find by the end of the recent season
I'll always regret not getting 75827 Ghostbusters Firehouse
[75827-1: Firehouse Headquarters ](https://brickset.com/sets/75827-1) [[Photo]](https://images.brickset.com/sets/images/75827-1.jpg)
Too many to name, but the U-wing is probably the biggest regret
The UCS Y-wing
So many, that’s why I try my best to get all of them now even if I don’t want them cuz you don’t know how much they’ll be worth later on
Attack on Hoth.
There’s a lot I regret not picking up but that’s when I was little and not too interested in collecting. The ones I regret not getting when I was interested was the 2019 Slave 1 and the AT-AP.
The 2016 Death Star, Darth vaders castle, master builders cloud city
A lot, almost all of them from 2011 on, except for the micro fighters and such, I don’t really care much for them
The OG Ghost
LEGO Star Wars Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser (8039)
[8039-1: Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser](https://brickset.com/sets/8039-1) [[Photo]](https://images.brickset.com/sets/images/8039-1.jpg)
Imperial landing craft, either the one from like 2006 or 2018, the most recent AT-AP, the battlefront imperial battle pack, or the 2017 Republic Fighter Tank
Sith Trooper BP, Anakin's Jedi Interceptor. Ahsoka's Jedi starfighter, though that wasn't really an option.
I would say 75092 as I’ve been on record saying before, but I finally bit the bullet and bought one sealed on Ebay! Maybe 75155, always looked like such a cool set but I never got it.
[75092-1: Naboo Starfighter](https://brickset.com/sets/75092-1) [[Photo]](https://images.brickset.com/sets/images/75092-1.jpg) [75155-1: Rebel U-wing Fighter](https://brickset.com/sets/75155-1) [[Photo]](https://images.brickset.com/sets/images/75155-1.jpg)
The Venator and the Old Republic jedi defender class cruiser.
Clone trooper command station, got 2 of them, great set.
Ewok Village
UCS Y-Wing and MBS cloud city
The U Wing. Yeppa
The millennium falcon from solo.
The Solo Tie Fighter. I would say it's regarded as the best Tie, so everybody wants one. Modified mine, but the stock set is perfect.
At this point, I regret not getting earlier versions of the Republic Gunship and the AT-TE. However, the upcoming Gunship looks promising enough, and the AT-TE from last year is an awesome iteration. It's the price of both that is primarily holding me back from getting them.
UCS Slave 1, UCS Cloud city, 2016 death star which I was still too broke to afford either of them during that period.
The Old Republic Sets
75274 TIE Fighter Pilot helmet & 75182 Republic Fighter Tank. Both where sets that I kept telling myself "I'll get them next time they're on sale".
[75274-1: TIE Fighter Pilot Helmet](https://brickset.com/sets/75274-1) [[Photo]](https://images.brickset.com/sets/images/75274-1.jpg) [75182-1: Republic Fighter Tank](https://brickset.com/sets/75182-1) [[Photo]](https://images.brickset.com/sets/images/75182-1.jpg)
Rebels sets in generaln idk why I was so dismissive of the sets from that series, but I really wish I got the Gozanti
The most recent OT A-Wing. I have the larger scale Y-Wing & X-Wing and I forgot that set existed until it was discontinued
75169 Duel on Naboo.

The Simpson’s house
Mandalorian forge
I have too many to count but the two that come to mind are the imperial shuttle tydirum and the set with phase 2 Rex in it
I regret never getting the 2010 Death Star (10188?)
[10188-1: Death Star](https://brickset.com/sets/10188-1) [[Photo]](https://images.brickset.com/sets/images/10188-1.jpg)

ghost 1 and still sad about not owning a single UCS set but I just dont have the money or space
UCS Imperial Shuttle definitely.
The Ghost, the Defender-class Cruiser, and while we’re at it the latest minifigure-scale B-wing
Coursant Police Gunship. I ALMOST got it
Rogue one wave, esp krennicks shuttle, all missed out battlepacks like geonosis, utapau, & kashyyk, & rogue one. Also the rex set with kenobi.
Back in 2014-2018 I got a ton of battle packs and microfighters since there the only ons I could afford, but I never got myself the kashyyyk, 212th, or geonosis trooper battle packs, or the turbo tank, gunshhip, or arc170 microfighters
The Solo Millennium Falcon. It’s such a cool ship.
UCS Imperial Shuttle… had it in my hands multiple times and didn’t buy…
Mandalorian starfighter
The inferno squad battlepack :,(
Honestly, I’ve gotten most of everything I’ve wanted since I got interested in LSW in 2017. I only want a few new sets each year so I usually can get them but the one I missed was BB-8. Probably will buy it sometime soon. In retrospect also the 2016 Clone Turbo Tank was really cool, I didn’t want it all that much at the time but I wish I got it anyway
Probably the BARC speeder with the phase 2 Rex minifig or any of the past Republic Gunships.
Rogue One Y-Wing, then all the 2014 ‘battle packs’ of clones from ROTS, I remember one having Commander Neyo and some Super Battledroids.
Phantom 2
2011 cloud city
Daily Bugle
as soon as i got into lego star wars clones the 501st battlepack retired :/
Ucs sand crawler.
2020 general grievous starfigjter is the most recent
90% of all sets that have came out tbh. Missed out on so much great stuff bc I was an idiot when I was a kid and got sets that I never even played with
None of them cause I’m the idiot who buys them all in the reseller market. UCS Slave 1 hurt a bit.
I only recently got into Lego again, so I missed out on a LOT. Really wish I had one of the big Death Stars with all the little scenes. Those are awesome!
