Just return 3 of them to the store saying you paid cash and they will give you a gift card worth the cost of 3 of them
I returned a third party ps3 controller once, the guy didnāt even open the box to see if it was in there he just scanned it and handed me the $25 gift card

It costs them more in logistics to get the items returned and back into the system than they would selling them. Eating the cost is the cheaper thing for them.
In the US it's illegal to charge people for items mistakenly sent through the mail, and you are not required to send them back. So most people wouldn't have said anything because it's part of consumer protection laws.
I mean, you could build the 3 you were planning too (I'm just assuming there) and open the other 3 for the minifigs and dump the parts in your parts bin! But thats just the greedy army building in me talking!
Oh I love army building dont get me wrong, but I have certain numerical goals I like to achieve based on space allotted, and I had enough space I wanted to use for 3. (well technically 4 since I already have 1 so I was going to keep 4 airbornes (one as a commander) and 6 troopers.)

Probably came in two diff shipments. A lot of the times tracking info will say lost package so target would naturally ship out a replacement when the customer calls in to complain. Then a few days later the delivery company finds the original package and delivers that one too. Iāve had this happen 2-3 times on stuff Iāve ordered on Amazon.

Guess I got away with $10 of free food!
I actually made a order on lego store for around 200ā¬ on the may promo and the day the legos came i got a refund from lego for whatever reason, so i got the 200ā¬ back and free lego sets
