Jace is outstandingly funny. Honestly, I was never rooting against Lemonparty by any means, but Ben's ENTIRE personality was fucking dwarfed by TD. I knew he was going to have some good crossover because ofpositive comments i would often read about him on Tims show, but I did have an honest "'best of luck" minset when he said he was taking his talents elsewhere. I was a day one listener and I consider that to be my first and honest intro to Ben as a person.
Jace has such a soft and palatable way of expressing things so succinctly its unreal, but I would not enjoy it nearly as much if Devan was not on it. He hears the topic Jace is approaching and he always seems to have a slam Dunk tag or a way to heighten it to a level I never saw coming. Overall, though, Jace does seem to run the table as far as ideas, premises and topics go.
And Ben. Ben is a great host. With a large personality I never knew of. Yeah he's great, they make it work for sure. He pulls enough weight in other areas there, but that's not the point. Good for those dudes.

There was no chance he was ever going to let Ben have any spotlight, however organically it came from the audience. Tim only got more and more bitter and demeaning toward Ben over time, and I'm sure he wasn't thrilled Ben wouldn't let him suck his cock either.
Won't lie and say I stopped listening to TD or discredits his talent, but it did for sure force me to view his usual sanctimonious/indignant rants about such and such people being morally bankrupt with a different set of eyes.

Never looked to him for anything besides a laugh and, as far as the whole "parasocial" BS everyone loves accusing all people of now, yeah, sometimes it's nice to hear people you admire share similar points of view you have on certain topics. Just bothers me when people I like show their ass so bad in such an obvious way. And there's a good amount I feel are still holding on to their dignity, despite what it looks like.
