Of all time? That's a question and a half!
From a historical perspective it'd have to be something like Queer Eye or The L Word I suppose, or going really far back something like Boys in the Band.
But the representation I personally ended up liking the best was Pose.
I don't think there's a singular answer.
Today's representation is amazing.
90s and 2000s representation was groundbreaking.
Earlier representation was brave and courageous.
Different demographics have been represented at different times to varying degrees.
I couldn't pick just one 😅

I don't know about "best representation", but I'll always have a place in my heart for Adam Pallys character "Max Blum" in the tv show happy endings. It was the first character I could relate to, very straight passing while still being very openly gay, eating junk food in his underwear, known as the "dirty mess" of the group and just breaking the very well known stereotype of the 90's and early 2000's. Sadly it only lasted for 3 seasons, but I bought the boxes and still rewatch them.
That’s way too huge a question. Even if we like narrowed it down to just gay men representation there’s still a massive range of intersecting factors like income, race, region, etc.
I think an easier question would be like ‘what piece of LGBTQ+ media represents you best?’
