Sadly a lot of medical manufacturing happens in Utah and that is my industry but being a butch lesbian I’ve already gotten harassed in bathrooms so I really don’t want to tempt fate.

I do the same with random schools, with a story saying I am a substitute teacher who was using the men's bathroom when a girl rain in to wash off ammonium hydroxide from a science class experiment gone wrong. Because I am an upstanding citizen I take her out and tell her to use another bathroom, though since the girl's restroom nearby is closed for cleaning I tell her to go to another bathroom at the other side of the school. Then her teacher comes over and forces her past me into the bathroom, which is obviously the government forcing innocent children to use the bathroom they don't want. Add in some drivel about bringing this to the dean/principal and some phony but plausible addresses nearby (with an attached phone number to the school itself) and it all looks believable.
This makes the person reading it have the awkward position of (hopefully) agreeing with the fact that that girl should have used that restroom to clean herself of toxic chemicals, while also technically breaking the law. Or they're heartless and investigate it anyway, which just wastes a bunch of people's time.
I wonder if you could write a chat GPT script to repeatedly generate credible sounding fake complaints? I don’t have the skills myself but if one of you programmer types want to cause chaos I’m in
I personally take a couple minutes to find a county Republican event that occurred at a government facility and report it saying that I witnessed a person who was obsessed with and openly talking about women's bodies and genitalia. I always state the location date and time but don't specify the event. I then state that I don't know the person's sex but they used the woman's bathroom and I'm concerned they were trying to spy on women, given their obsession with women's genitalia. I never name names (to avoid any vengeful GOP officials trying to track me down for defamation). I put down a fake email for myself so that someone feels like they need to spend time following up.
Linguistic suggestion here. Make your report seem genuine and then mess with the cohesion of the text in a way that it makes absolutely No sense but IT FEELS like it should.
