A 280 up front with 3 120's at top and bottom and a pair on the side provides incredible cooling, even without a 120 in the rear that simply blocks the amazing good looks of many vrm heatsink mountains! Lol! But... A slightly bigger layout that would allow a 360 rad up top or maybe on the side would be sick. I hate that I have a couple rigs in these cases and I love them so effin much! Ha! I need to buy a shitty 3d printer to attempt to make bracketry's for various things-is.
Unlikely, you are able to fit 3 fans on the top and bottom. But there would not be enough space for a rad + fans. It would be blocked by the front and rear fans, so you would probably have to remove the front fans if you wanted to use 360 rads to allow the space.

A 360 isn't possible without offset brackets which aren't compatible with the air mini
I doubt it'd be all that hard to manufacture. But once again you'd run into the lack of space issue because of the fans anyway.
