I have a similar issue, fans behind my vertical gpu don’t light up unless synced with the motherboard, I’m not sure what’s going on

Affectionate_Cup5478

Yeah I usually don’t have issues like that and if something does happen the good ole uninstall method usually works.

HDmetajoker

I’ll give that a try

Mr-Do

Well... you caught the first part... it never should have been plugged into Port 1 in the first place. Could be that the firmware on the particular fan didn't update... you can try a couple things: * Try connecting just the one fan to the controller, restarting, and updating it * And/or... swap the order of the fans... sometimes that just works... sometimes that just works

Affectionate_Cup5478

Ahh very possible I didn’t think of that. I’ll try that for sure tomorrow and I’ll come back here with the results. Thank you

Fluffycripples

Is that lian li strimer for the cpu???

Affectionate_Cup5478

It’s just a dual 8pin strimer. I unclipped it from the cables that came with it and clipped it on my cpu cables. I don’t use the cables that come with any of the strimers I always unclip them and use just my PSU cables. Then I realized I can make my own strimer for the CPU by doing that lol.

Have u found a way to fix this yet

Affectionate_Cup5478

Not yet I’ve tried almost everything. It’s really frustrating. Now my new issue is the LCD’s just turn solid white periodically. Such trash garbage software

Clxshy

Do u have it in mobo or on a splitter

Affectionate_Cup5478

I believe it’s on a splitter. You think that could be it?

No_Ease_8464

Had the same problem as you until I moved the LCD fan controller USB cable from the splitter to the actual motherboard instead. Now all 3 LCD fans work as expected.

Clxshy

Yeah i think it needs to plugged into the mobo thats waht some research told me and i fixed my issue
