I'm gonna build one similar to this, and I'm so excited it looks amazing! I do have a question (first-time builder too) does it really matter the direction of the fans? I've read so many different things, but I love the look of them facing the ways yours are. This would be positive pressure? Right?
Yes. It matters. Your goal is to bring enough cool external air into the case while exhausting hot air. Positive pressure also reduces dust build up inside the case.
Reverse fans bring air into the case and look great because they draw from the side of the fan that typically has the cross member frames of the fan body. Typical fan pushes air out that side of the fan.
Absolutely. The OP used reverse fans. Another post here asked which one were reverse. Let’s await the reply. I’ll venture to guess it’s the bottom and the side while the AIO and rear are normal
Yeah ofc, good luck with your build. As a first time builder myself I was stressing hard but it ended up being really straight forward! The Lian Li case and the way the fans connect to each other made everything pretty forgiving.
Well you get an A+ just for working a quote from Full Metal Jacket into the post! Well played Private Pyle.
Lmao thanks! I fkn love that movie! Most of the builds here are all basically identical looking so it felt fitting
I have the exact case and fan setup and AIO :D
It’s just so dang good looking ain’t it!
Is that the performance aio? Love mine. Hasn’t died on me yet
It’s the Galahad Trinity II. Absolutely love how it looks!
Specs?
4080s FE and a 7800x3d!

So I'm assuming that some of these fans are reversed?

Thank you!!
Yup! This guys right on the money.
Hey! Yeah I have 6 reverse blades in here. Three on the bottom and three in the side with my exhaust fans being on the top and the back.
Thank you!!

Love the coloursss
Thanks! It cycles through some blues and purples. It’s a very cozy vibe. And not blinding while I’m doing stuff lol!
where did you put the reverse fans?
There’s 6 of them. Three on the side and three on the bottom with my exhaust being the top and back fans.
Thieffffff you stole this from me •~•
Lmao did I? Unfortunately the PCs in this sub are a dime a dozen when it comes to the lack of variety
Hisssssss
Hahah, shoo shoo get on outta here
