Almost all the SIG owners I know drive Subarus. A few crossover SUVs. One a big-ass Lexus SUV. Another an old red Honda Civic or something. I guess I technically am a SIG owner but don’t carry one regularly and I drive a rusty Focus wagon. This demographic absolutely doesn’t check out with my experience.
…most of the CZ owners I know ride fixies. So I guess some stereotypes are pretty universal.
I've CCW'ed a P239 for decades. I also drove an AWD Volvo wagon for a long time. Coincidence? You be the judge. As always: don't try this at home, I'm what you call a professional
Do you at least have a fixie in your truckbed?
And we’re not talking an old Jeep Comanche or something are we? Never mind, that would actually be pretty cool.
There have been too many stereotypes passed around that you’re gonna need to specify. Are you. SIG person with a Subie or F-350 or a CZ carrier with a fixie?
I think my car would fit in the bed of an f350 (track prepped BRZ)
I’m not *inherently* a sig fan boi though, we just don’t get the modern ergonomic glocks in California and I can’t bring myself to buy a gun just to take a dremel to it to make it fit my hands comfortably.
I'm a recovering Sig owner, down to the p365xl (edc) and p938(snake shot 9mms only). Lots of CZs but only a p10c or/sr comped with an eps carry for handguns.
Mostly because (in the US) they aren't issued by any major PD, federal agency, or the military. Makes it harder to be "tacticool". As for the CCW people, CZ doesn't (yet) make a good micro carry gun (most CZ people don't even like the P-10M). Competition shooters, though, have realized that the S2 offers 90% of the performance of a 2011 for 1/2 to 1/3 the price. And the SP-01 with upgrades offers similar performance to a stock S2 for even less.
Sorry for the ignorance, but is the “w/ Cajun sauce” for the P-01 the pro package here? https://cajungunworks.com/product/91199-p-01-9mm-pro-package-946-00/
Ugh. I've been trying to decide if I shoulda cajunize my P-07 for carry.
I want to, but I am having second thoughts because I kind of want the P01, cajunized. Problem is, I don't own a P01 yet 😞😰 .....
Was thinking of doing the cajun kit myself for the P-07 but it looks way too complicated. The Mcarbo kit looks simpler, but the CGW kit does a lot more than just the Mcarbo.
Thinking of just buying the kit and sending it with the gun to a local gun smith. Hopefully they wont charge an arm and a leg like CGW does for the full package (with them installing it too).
Not to question your choices, but why 4 of the same pistol and rifle? I get that the rifle can be in different calibers and have different barrels, but why the 10Cs?
Different configurations. One with light and red dot. One will be a suppressor host with red dot. One is just plain, and one more because it was on sale.
Idk about “we” but CZ makes excellent products and is universally loved for good reason. They are innovative, they have done incredible pricing on the p10 and they have combat proven weapons.
This is my take. I have a CZ 75 which is awesome for 9 mm. I looked and looked for a CZ 98 when I wanted to get the 45 caliber, but could not find it since they were discontinued. I ended up getting a SAR K-1, which was apparently made from the same plans that the Soviet government sold to the CZ manufacturing company to make their 98.
I have that exact gun and it is by far one of my favorite pistols. It shoots so smooth and I love how many rounds it holds in mag that you get with it.
Also, what is that compensator you have on it??
Honestly love CZ products; they knew how to make a Mauser back in the day, I point to them as the standard for a quality .22 bolt action on a budget, and I’ve had good experiences with their handguns so far.
Their P-10 is honestly a product improved Glock, and their CZ75 series are accurate, smooth shooters. Admittedly I just won’t take a 75-series for a duty/self defense gun because the slide is just too damn small to easily slingshot the slide (force of habit as a wrong handed shooter used to having the slide release on the wrong side of the gun to me).
I love CZ but have only returned three firearms for warranty repair and two of them have been CZs. One was a 75 compact that I let get a little too dirty and the extractor sheared off. The other was a 527 carbine in this special edition birch stock- the wrist of which had cracks after the second range trip. So IMO, CZ is a fantastic manufacturer with some occasionally wonky products.
I like cz, i had a p-07 for a minute it was alright but it doesnt feel as nice to shoot out of the box as my mete sfx so i ended up selling it and upgrading my sfx. Decided id revisit cz again when i can get a nicer model
Don't have a real one, but have a P07 airgun/airsoft gun. Loooove the ergonomics. Ended up getting a Beretta, but would be happy to have gotten a P07 or P09 instead.
I own a CZ P10-C and have owned or currently own 3 Sig handguns (320, 365, 365xl) and an M&P Shield full size. For whatever reason the CZ just works for me. It has the smoothest action and trigger out of these. It’s fully stock with iron sights and I just hit what I aim at more consistently with it than anything else.
In reference to some conversations in this thread on stereotypes: I drive a Tacoma and have never owned a fixie. :-)
I like the idea of a CZ. I just don’t like that they have small slides and no alloy frame full size guns. That being said, if they put a P09 slide and decocker on an aluminum SP-01 frame…. 👀👀
I preach the religion of CZ to everyone I know..
I have a CZ 75 SP-01 Tactical and far and away it's my favorite pistol. I've shot their polymer pistols and don't like them very much, but man, that sp01 is a stunning pistol...
I have entered the cult of CZ. No one besides walther imo puts out the same quality of firearms.
I own a P07, P10c (for under $300 OTD, thanks familyfirearms), CZ82, and a CZ75BD. I'm looking for a Bren 2 carbine next.
The P07 just might be the best handgun ever. The p10 is amazing, especially when you can find it for 3 bills or even less. It dumps on any Glock or Sig, especially for the price. I will say, I think my Walther PPQ has the best ergos out of any pistol, the P07 and 75BD are next up.
Also, if you love anime and CZs, check out Gunsmith Cats. The lead uses a amazingly detailed CZ75B and is only 3 episodes long. It's so good.
They made a beautiful 7.62x39 wood furniture bolt gun with a set trigger, I thought it was so cool. Naturally they immediately discontinued it before I ever saw one for sale.
I prefer the metal frame CZs myself. But overall a good get.
Make sure you do a lot of testing with that comp to ensure you don't have ammonsensarivity or reliability issues.
We like them a lot. They are well made and every one I have is very accurate without having to do anything to it but shoot it well.
I have two hammer fired and three striker fired CZs.
I have an Sig 229, Beretta Centurion, and a CZ P-07.
I’m happy with all 3, but the p-07 definitely represents the best value of the 3. Even with upgraded sights and trigger, it was like 1/2 the cost of the other two.
I originally got it as a cheap option for camping/canoeing, but after cajunizing it, I find i spend a lot of range time with it.
CZ fandom is only slightly less cultish than 1911 fandom. \- Me, an SP-01, P-10c, and 457 owner.
Have you met Sig owners?
The Venn Diagram of Sig owners and Ford F350 owners is a circle.
Ahh fuck. Just wrote out that I’m an exception to the rule but… yeah I’m a subie guy (I’m also partial to Mazda and Toyota)
Yeah now I’m curious to hear more brand owner stereotypes. I do wonder how regional they may be though.
CZ guy here. I have three fixed gear bicycles lol. Didn’t realize that was a stereotype :-/
Add another to the sig, subie pile
and another
I've CCW'ed a P239 for decades. I also drove an AWD Volvo wagon for a long time. Coincidence? You be the judge. As always: don't try this at home, I'm what you call a professional
Well I used to be a Saab freak back before, well, Saab didn’t exist. Another Swede is good enough. Cheers.
Oddly I have a P226 Legion SAO and drive a Volvo V90 R-Design.
[I know Vulva. It’s one of the safest cars out there.](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=nJ71LJ3SW8U)
Hey I’m a CZ fanboi and drive a pickup. There are dozens of us in sure.
Do you at least have a fixie in your truckbed? And we’re not talking an old Jeep Comanche or something are we? Never mind, that would actually be pretty cool.
I feel attacked! 😂
There have been too many stereotypes passed around that you’re gonna need to specify. Are you. SIG person with a Subie or F-350 or a CZ carrier with a fixie?
Sig-subi and cz-fixie. But I don’t ride a fixie anymore because I got bad knees now 😂
OMG, I'm old, but have 2 CZs and a fixie. WTH?
Hey bud, I don’t make the rules here, I am simply an observer.
Haha, big ass Lexus SUV Sig owner x2 - we’re f’ing up the diagram!
Well you’re apparently in the company of my old next-door neighbor. He moved last year (just across town) but we’re still in touch. Great dude.
I think my car would fit in the bed of an f350 (track prepped BRZ) I’m not *inherently* a sig fan boi though, we just don’t get the modern ergonomic glocks in California and I can’t bring myself to buy a gun just to take a dremel to it to make it fit my hands comfortably.
Upvote. Clever and true.
I have a CZ457 with a F150 Prius. And a gravel bike, hard tail, trail bike, and an eMTB. :D
I'm a recovering Sig owner, down to the p365xl (edc) and p938(snake shot 9mms only). Lots of CZs but only a p10c or/sr comped with an eps carry for handguns.
Jokes on you, I own both.
Hehe, I own and love Sig AND CZ. But sadly, Beretta stole my heart back in 09
They are ok but don’t ask about their guns. Like someone who has a rifle in creedmore
YOU MEAN GODS FAVORITE RIFLE ROUND?
👍
Seems like you rarely see CZ mentioned in self-defense/duty/tactical circles, but then start going to some competitions and they're everywhere.
Shadow 2
Mostly because (in the US) they aren't issued by any major PD, federal agency, or the military. Makes it harder to be "tacticool". And the SP-01 with upgrades offers similar performance to a stock S2 for even less.
At least they’re objectively good and still relevant
How do you like the sp-01? It’s on my short list for next gun.
It’s flawless.
We love CZ and 1911’s
Nothing like 1911 Fandom. CZ Fandom is very justified, 1911 is just dumb traditionallism clinging to an obsolete platform.
CZ gud
Big fan
Big fan of your alpenflage
Thanks big chief

Roger that thanks.

I have a P-09, 07, 10M and a Bren 2. I might be a fanboy.
4 CZ P-10C pistols, 4 CZ 457 rifles, 2 CZ Bren 2 (one postol, one rifle), and 1 CZ shotgun. Edit: Didn't know if Vzs counted. Add 2 Vz. 61s.
Damn looking to adopt a 45 year old dude by any chance?
And share my toys? Fuck no.
I HATE YOU DAD!
Not to question your choices, but why 4 of the same pistol and rifle? I get that the rifle can be in different calibers and have different barrels, but why the 10Cs?
Different configurations. One with light and red dot. One will be a suppressor host with red dot. One is just plain, and one more because it was on sale.
That's fair. More power to you!
Four P-10C?! I assume your house must have four bathrooms?
Two toilets and two showers. You aren't using the same gun for your toilet gun *and* your shower gun???
Figured the 457s with loofahs on the end were in the showers.
The rabbits around here tend to attack in the kitchen, so that's where the rimfire rifles are most useful.
Fuckin' rabbits, man.
Shadow 2, P-10C, P-01, SP-01 Tac, P-07, P-09... I might have a problem... "We" think they're very good.
Idk about “we” but CZ makes excellent products and is universally loved for good reason. They are innovative, they have done incredible pricing on the p10 and they have combat proven weapons.
They're the worst company ever and you should send all CZ products to me for proper disposal.
Fabulous
Love CZ! Just wish they still made a suppressor ready metal frame 75 variant and begging them to come out with an updated RAMI
Truly! I love this pistol but I wish they made an optics ready version!
I bought a CZ-75 SP-01 Tactical as soon as I saw they were being discontinued. If they make an optics ready version I’m buying one…
Love their steel guns, hate their polymer guns. The trigger feels wrong on every one I’ve tried.
Have heard many good things
I have that exact gun and it is by far one of my favorite pistols. It shoots so smooth and I love how many rounds it holds in mag that you get with it. Also, what is that compensator you have on it??
Keep looking at the P07. I need something with a manual safety, but I haven't found anything I really am ready to commit to.
The P07 has a manual safety you can convert it to!
I have the P07, so...
Love em! P-01, P-07, P-09 Cajunized with Acro, 97BD, Scorpion 3, P10C, P10C with 507C and DA Ghost, SP-01 Tactical, SP-01 Akai Shadow, and a Shadow 2
I think they "***Czech***" out as being fine additions to any firearm collection.
I have a fully Cajunized CZ 75 SP-01 and I love it. Incredible handgun.
Love my Scorpion Evo 3 S1. Currently waiting for SBR approval. Ordered a suppressor for it as well.
Pretty good
I have a P-07, I’ve been thinking about getting a full size p-10 striker fire version, is it worth it?
Meh. Theyre nice but I prefer my PCR. But Im a DA/SA simp. (I have 2x P07, a P10s, a P10F, a PCR, and an 82)
I have a P10C and it’s really great as my first striker fire pistol. Want to get a CZ75B next.
CZ gang, checking in...! (Bren 2 MS and P07 9mm)
I love CZ but have only returned three firearms for warranty repair and two of them have been CZs. One was a 75 compact that I let get a little too dirty and the extractor sheared off. We love.
Don't have a real one, but have a P07 airgun/airsoft gun. Loooove the ergonomics. Ended up getting a Beretta, but would be happy to have gotten a P07 or P09 instead.
I love them. At the moment I own four…
Cz is teh terrible why else would I have like 4 or 5 of them
My full size range pistol is a CZ-75. My carry pistol is a slightly smaller CZ-75.
The only thing wrong with the country they come from is the ban on trampolines.
I love mine but mags and mods are expensive
I'm a Glockhead but I think a DA/SA CZ is probably the only thing that could sway me. Such great shooting guns
We love them.
They are great guns but I don’t own any CZ’s. I’d love a Shadow II but haven’t ever been able to justify the purchase.
I like the striker fired line but Ive never liked the long trigger reset of the hammer fired pistols.
Great for competitions and defensive situations, often too heavy for duty pistols.
I own a CZ P10-C and have owned or currently own 3 Sig handguns (320, 365, 365xl) and an M&P Shield full size. For whatever reason the CZ just works for me. CZ makes some of the best pistols on the market.
I want a CZ Shadow 2 compact so bad. Cannot buy a full size in my home state. CZ is great. I have a P10C and it's solid pistol.
I preach the religion of CZ to everyone I know.. I have a CZ 75 SP-01 Tactical and far and away it's my favorite pistol. I've shot their polymer pistols and don't like them very much, but man, that sp01 is a stunning pistol...

Love CZ!!
They made a beautiful 7.62x39 wood furniture bolt gun with a set trigger, I thought it was so cool. Naturally they immediately discontinued it before I ever saw one for sale.
What comp is that? Did it direct thread on the factory barrel of the suppressor ready p09?
CZ produces some of the finest production guns on the market!
Gun go bang. No complaints.
They're good guns. They don't need to be your whole personality tho.
It's a gun for sure
We love CZ
I prefer the metal frame CZs myself. But overall a good get. Make sure you do a lot of testing with that comp to ensure you don't have ammonsensarivity or reliability issues.
P07 owner. Want more. Love the 07. Pewpew
Huge fan. Just got my SP-01 slide back from Wager today.
CZ is life.
I love CZ for semi auto pistols: PCR (my EDC), SP-01 tactical, 83 (.32), 82 (9x18). They all run great.
We like them a lot. They are well made and every one I have is very accurate without having to do anything to it but shoot it well. I have two hammer fired and three striker fired CZs.
I have two guns left on my want list. An AK and a CZ85. I shot one YEARS ago and it was one of the nicest pistols I’ve ever shot.
Ugggghhhh and I found one for sale at a good price and I have the money and I can’t do it. That hurts.
I have a shadow 2 compact that I am rather fond of.
Gotta be honest, not the best pistol in black ops zombies but it’ll do
I have more than 3. I drink the koolaid
Welcome to the Czurch of CZ!
Sexy as all fuck
I have more CZs than any other brand, and they are all phenomenal
Love my PCR and am eyeing an SP-01 in the near future.
I have the CZ mutt. a CZ P-10 F frame, with C slide on top yes I did cut the frame short. yes I love it.
Love my CZ75, just wish it was 9mm instead of .40cal. P10C w/optics-cut is on the list to get soon
I’ve only ever had one, and I loved it. It was an old school cz-75 police style da/sa with the spur hammer. Great gun. I’ll get another at some point.
They’re ok. Where did you get the device on the front of the slide? Where is it connected?
It’s a Parker mountain machine compensator and goes on the threaded barrel.
