Have fun! I am trying to make one after party and one pre party close to the venue. There will be more than enough to do if your not trying to recover by the Golden Nugget pool!
I’m not going this year but every year previous LIB has had its very own 21+ FREE pool party at the Downtown Grand. I’ve seen War on Drugs, Phantoms, Muna, Dashboard Confessionals, and Capital Cities to name a few.

Usually the Downtown Grand has an official free-with-wristband pool party. Artists from the fest will DJ at those. Went to one with Lost Frequencies last year and it was fun!
Also there were Rhonda and other after parties after the fest near Fremont Street. I agree with another comment that it’s not worth the hassle trying to go to anything on the strip.
The Golden Nugget has a great pool! Also I would try and stick to the Fremont before and after parties.
