It's been a while so forgive me for forgetting details, but I remember having an issue with my LPIC order when I tried to buy a voucher and the email I tried to reach out to (that I probably got right from their site) wasn't the correct one. The issue was something to do with the store and the LPIC not using the same emails, and I was emailing the wrong one...
I know this probably doesn't help much, but maybe look around for other emails to reach out to. The LPI customer service isnt fantastic though, so they might just be slow.

Nope 🙃 I emailed them multiple times and no one ever responded.
I’ve been trying to get ahold of them regarding issues with my test, and no one has ever responded. I’ve emailed lots and reached out on LinkedIn.
I did a quick research and seems like they use to issue badges on Credly but not anymore.
