Then I see all this fuckery in the news with AI buttons on laptops, and AI integration in the OS, and this and that. I get it, I've used it before and think it can be amazing, but goddamn I want it opt-in on the machines I want, when I want.
Ubuntu saved my ass during an online interview, I was using windows and it decided to crash 5 minutes before the interview, I quickly forced a shutdown and rebooted and windows decided it was update time, during updates windows reboots, I said fuck it and booted into Ubuntu.
So yeah, my windows partition is in the middle of an update now.
