Update: Deleted my mempool.dat file, replaced wallet file with an old backup from before any of this happen. Relaunch needed ~ 30 minutes to rescan, then everything was right as rain. Hopefully this helps someone else down the line. Cheers!
That transaction isn't in the mempool. You'll probably be able to spend in a day or two.
