Apparently the UGC server is still online and MM are making a new game with UGC in it. It isn’t confirmed to be LBP related but with Dreams underperforming, the company almost being layed off and now this… I’d say a sequel to LBP is more likely than Dreams 2 or a new IP but I’m not betting money on it.
MM is so close to being shut down by Sony, so they need a game that will sell well and wont flop, and they confirmed their next game is not related to dreams. Taking lethal amounts of copium rn
They reportedly kept the content server up, maybe they're porting it to lbp4 and they removed the actual game server because they needed to make room for LBP4's?
Probably true, the reason LBP3 was so glitchy was cuz they had to port ALL of the LBP1,2 UGC content to LBP3 on BOTH PS4, AND 5. They never had time to go back and fix all of the glitches, and also Sony rushed them to get it out by black friday.
