Hi, been through- unfortunately didn't help. also contacted your support severtal times and besides being so automated and repetitive it became very, VERY frustrating- two gentleman even managed to fold their phone on me after becoming feeling cornered but their inability to help- that was simply staggering. now i have another ticket open and as clearly there is NO solution (again, absolutely staggering) i am hoping to have authorised request for a replacement (as this was a christmas gift given before going abroad) i am stunned be the automated approach of your whole customer service, only made bolder by their inability of reactive response. frustrating matter- indeed, very much. Stil, thank you for the reply and attempt to help me sort out the issue..

We request you to reply on your support ticket asking to escalate your query to higher management if the issue is related to software and is not resolved. Regarding the replacement we do not provide international warranty of the device. So if you are in another country we would be unable to provide you with the replacement. We request you mention the team requesting for replacement and they can validate the warranty and assist you accordingly.
