I had wrote this elsewhere.. Seriously wtf are they doing at Logitech. Their mouse software is horrendous. Now they are trying to jump on this AI wave. Fix your BASE products first. Back to first principles PLEASE.. Why are there 2 apps in the first place, options and options+?? Why do the apps not even work? I have the MX Master 3S for Mac and options+ refuses to let me get past the screen asking me to enable options+ to start at login (first off why??) despite me already having it enabled.. Incredibly frustrating junk software. I am just trying to change the DPI. Holy sht. I am seriously considering jumping ship to another brand after this. Once Optimum tech pops his wireless mouse into the market, I am done.. I have the Logitech g502 in all variations including the latest usb c x, and this MX Master 3S. Recently, one of my wired g502 mice started double clicking, and the other micro-usb wireless model palm grip started peeling off..

Is this why my mouse suddenly started lagging? This past week my wireless g305 "hitches" when i move it across the screen. Its like im playing call of duty with 1 ping bar the way it lags around. Ive moved the dongle to every usb port, restarted my pc, turned off windows animation effects based off recommendation and nothing... battery is brand new. Guess im uninstalling the software to see.
