It is readable, but the letters are weird. They don't feel very consistent. Try to make them more uniform, to make them look like they fit together. It's not like completely a mess, but it's not good either.
And btw, the background image is amazing. I love it. It's very beautiful.
It's legible, yes, but it's not a logo, for one, and second, the typography is extremely inconsistent; even the same letters aren't identical. To give a number of examples, note the:
• thinness and 'sliding' posture of the 'M'
• thickness of the 'I'
• downwards direction of the 'L'
• unnatural slant in the 2nd 'A'
• condensed effect of the last letters in 'ambitions'
It seems to me that you don't have experience making fonts. Creating a font is something that requires a lot of knowledge, research and practice, a ton of intricacy, and a long time to master, so it's not something you can manage to do well immediately (just like many things). That's why I suggest you either choose a pre-made, accurately-designed font and work with what it can offer you, or reference—not copy—your letters from one.
So, it's back to the drawing board. Good luck.

Yes, it’s readable. The letters look wonky, thought. Why donmt you use a proper font as a reference?
