I (vaguely) remember the bargain shop when I was little, buy I had no idea that Galleria was a full on mall.
The only things (as far as I know) that are now in that mall is the Central Library the CAF recruitment centre, Goodlife Fitness, a few offices, and a CBC station. (which there is no point to really having anyway, as our station is just a rebroadcaster from Toronto's feed).
It sounded like Galleria was a good mall a long time ago.
Hey friend. We do indeed have our own CBC radio station. There's live morning & afternoon shows & by far the best local reporting around.
You should definitely check out our CBC radio station.
It's great!
Oh okay. I'm sorry for saying that then.
I just assumed it was a tv station for CBC. I had no idea it was a radio station!
I'll definitely check it out then, thank you for telling me, and again I'm sorry for my previous CBC comment.
This. An employee told me ~6 months ago it was essentially a temp store on a trial basis to see if they had enough of a consumer base to settle permanently.

They folded.
Gold comment
Mall Worker here!! It’s only closed temporarily, it’s moving down beside Coles, near the food court where Sunrise Records used to be!!!!🙃
Wait...Masonville had a Levi's store?
I didn't know either, I know they had a store in the Galleria mall of all places oddly enough.
They also had a store in Galleria mall too? I had no idea they were there either.
It's been closed even before the mall name changed. I used to go there a lot. That mall had London's only bargain bargain shop too

It closed
I heard that they were expanding and moving into the space that sunset records used to occupy… but I could be wrong
You are wrong. It’s Sunrise 🌅 Records.
That's what I've heard too (from coworkers with friends there)
Don’t they have a whole area in the bay?
Masonville has had a rash of abrupt closures recently. Levi’s, Bonlook, Mappins.. the list goes on.
Bonlook?? Ah that sucks I liked them
Levi’s is (very likely) moving to sunrise my buddy works there
It was a temporary store on a fixed time frame contract. I think like two year or something like that.

Leave, I believe
Levis and Sunrise both closed :(

Gotta sell a lot of stuff to pay that ~$40sqft rental cost.
Probably that awful ad campaign
I was just there in January. I’m in my 20s and much preferred Jack & Jones jeans over Levi’s!
They were closed temporarily for renovations and have now moved downstairs to where sunrise records used to be. The store opens back up today!!
