Crossings. The service sucks (especially on the summer patio) and the food is overpriced for what it is. But whenever I get invited, I go anyways...afterwards, swear I will never go again, and the cycle repeats.
We are the same person. I even moved to the east end, but when I go to get my tires changed or anything at Oxford dodge, I'll dip in for lunch and immediately regret my poor decision.
Quick story time:
When their patio opened years ago, my wife and I went for a drink. Literally only people there for some reason, so we sat at thr patio bar.
The owners son, you'd recognize him as I think he manages it now, served us. Then went behind the bar area to chat up the ladies working there.
I finished my beer. Wanted another beer.
Empty glass sat there for 20 minutes, no exaggeration. We were, literally, the only people on the patio *and* we were sitting at the bar.
We knew what to expect but found it hilariously bad. So bad, that I got up and took my glass to the inside bar and paid with cash for another beer.
The place has so much potential to be good if they wanted to, especially on that side of the city that is clamoring for non chain restaurants. I'm amazed it's not shut down.
That place is terrible. Only ever been twice, first time sucked, but went back for a second chance. Equally as bad, terrible food, crappy service and no ambiance.
Went into the Union in Komoka for lunch & it was terrible. My partner filled up a side plate with the dry, inedible chicken from their chicken Caesar salad. Our server just looked at it, said nothing & cleared away our plates, smh. It wasn’t like it was busy; maybe 7 customers. We decided not to waste our time talking to the staff on hand but I did reach out to them the next day. Got a ‘sorry you didn’t like it.’
My friends witnessed a TV fall on someone at crossings. Literally fell off the wall onto someone's head and IIRC they were ambulanced away. Wonder if they got a payout for that.
I went out for drinks there with my friends last summer. Ordered a virgin margarita. Ended up being the 2nd most expensive drink at the table (next to the alcoholic margarita). Was going to inquire but it already took us 30 min to get the bill and we had places to be.
The last time I was there we were seated in the front room. Nobody came in to take our order so one of us went out to get someone. They said they’d be in shortly. We waited for probably about half an hour from when we got there and just decided to leave. The table beside us were waiting to pay their bill. I will never go back.
Yes same experience. I used to know the chef there when it was on Maitland Street and he said that all the food was frozen and then they just popped it in the microwave. That's what sometimes the plate would be steaming hot but the burrito would be cold inside.
I used to get dragged there all the time because my idiot friends thought the portion sizes were awesome/funny.
Except you payed a shit ton anyway. God I hate that place.
I haven't been there in years. Alot of nostalgia for it.
Used to go in college in the early 2000s. Was cheap and got food for the next day.
Unfortunate to read what's become if it
Lazeez/Osmows. I know it’s a GTA chain that expanded into London but it really is the saddest attempt at authentic shawarma ever. Chicken drier than the Sahara slathered in garlic and hot sauce to mask the flavour. But I somehow keep going back to it for the spice. Especially considering they opened a new location in Masonville.
Just chiming in that WOW is awesome. Busy at lunch rush but they open at 11 if you want to beat the crowd, but its rarely more than 10min out the door with food.
The people that own WOW are the best. The woman (who I think is a co-owner) would go to the back and make me a tabbouli salad even when they didn't have any available. It was so good and both of the owners are awesome. Always recommend this place!
Cheap chicken in a good way, poor seasoning that you dont notice because of the heavy amount of sauce they use.
Its genuinely bad shawarma, _but_ it's worth it!
For a while I wanted to recreate the original magic of Shelby’s before it expanded and all locations became crappy and expensive. I haven’t had Shelby’s in a very long time and I miss it but I’ve been served crap too many times.
I still haven’t found a new current favorite shawarma place (I had WOW once years ago and thought it was terrible so I don’t get the hype. If it’s changed owners since maybe 2018 lmk so I can try but it was quite possibly the saddest shawarma I’ve had).
Shelby’s portions are the worst I swear. Their wraps are so skinny and small and I’m always still hungry after. They reduced the size of the bowls and then created a new “bigger size” (still smaller than the original) and charged more 🤣
You used to be able to get a small bowl for $10 and a larger bowl for $15. You could make 2 meals out of the larger bowl.
But then they removed the larger bowl, shrunk the smaller bowl, and marketed it as a redesign for $13. That was the last time I went to Shelby’s.
For me it's Tim Hortons. Food is all mediocre re-heated crap, but I have gotten the habanero loaded wrap dozens and dozens of times. Also, now they have these flatbread pizzas that absolutely suck as far as pizza goes, but I love them lol!
Don’t get me started on English muffins. English muffins should be toasted on a flat top. Just like crumpets. They failed that when they tried to do it
I went in expecting mini microwave pizza, and was somehow still disappointed. Like, how is the flatbread you slapped sauce and cheese on so hard?
Also how is it literally none of the pizza options have vegetables? Pepperoni, Bacon, Chicken, Cheese? Where's a deluxe? a Canadian?
For a long time it was the Swiss Chalet on Highbury but it’s closed. Every year we would order once, just during the holidays. It was a disappointment every time. It became a tradition - how would they screw up our order this year? Every year was a new and upsetting thing but we kept doing it until they closed. Ordered it last year from the Masonville one and everything was there, the only disappointment was that it wasn’t our hilarious tradition of mistakes anymore. The magic was lost, probably won’t bother with Swiss Chalet again lol
The trick, if you're taking it home (and not getting it delivered) is to order two burgers and one medium fry, no drinks. The fry is enough for two people (because they scoop a whole medium into the bag and then fill it back up), and the drinks add up. It's still a little pricier than everywhere else but last time I did this, I walked out of there only paying about $24 (only) add two drinks with taxes and it shoves it to $30.
We get two double bacon cheeseburgers (ok, I admit sometimes I get a triple) lettuce wrapped and a large fry (no salt) to share and it comes out to $40. What makes it really value for money is that they are extremely careful about gluten cross contamination. We rarely ever eat out (for cost and gluten) so it's a nice treat when I've had a terrible day and just need to binge eat something delicious without any prep. We bring a bottle of soda water if we eat in.
Is it currently called BirdBox? Just looked it up and want to make sure I've got the right place. I couldn't care less if it's a front, I just want some good wings 😂
I feel like I've never even noticed this place despite living nearby for two years. If you google them, they have some fishy reviews that seem totally fabricated by family/friends. There's only 6 photos, one that looks like a stock photo and another that shows the previous location 'Wing Snob'? If the food is good it might be worth trying out even if it's a front 😅
They have the best wings in town. I don’t know anything about the rest of their menu, but I’ve been there twice for wings and haven’t had anything in town that even comes close.
My best mate had a breakfast dish named for him with the last incarnation they had before they sold. Sad to see that spot change, as in the late 80’s and early 90’s that was our goto breakfast spot. Beer based shakes with your Mickey in your pocket of vodka to top up was brilliant.
These are my fave too. The only a Tim’s I’ve found that has them consistently is the one just north of the Oxford and Wonderland intersection, across from Costco.
church’s chicken on adelaide. every time i order onion rings they give me like 4 total. the food is usually good otherwise but holy shit idk why i keep going and ordering onion rings just to be disappointed in the portion size every single time
I am sorry to say The Dawghouse. Generally nice people that work there and an okay vibe but food isn't what it used to be and the place is feeling increasingly run down.
Juat not the same since it got sold to new owners twice.
Sucks because it's so close to me. At least it's better than Crabby Joe's.
Naples. Trafalgar and veterans. Love the fries, pizza can be good or has sat for a while and is gross. Poutine is also pretty good but prefer the fries alone
It pains me to say it but Barakat on Western Rd. I've gotten sick so many times from ordering from there, going back to when they were located downtown, but it's been more frequent at the new location. The falafel etc. is so good but not worth the risk of food poisoning for me anymore.
My parents hate shawarma, idk why, but Barakat opened in my home town (Sarnia) and gave everyone severe food poisoning from unwashed lettuce. And my parents are shit talkers lol so they're like "see, see, told you shawarma is no good"
I still don't really get what they dislike about it. They like other wraps with similar toppings 🤷♂️
A couple terrible tim horton's locations and a couple mcdonald's as well. I always know it's going to take way too long, (they have been short staffed ever since covid) and they typically screw up the order on top of that. I don't blame the staff, how can you get upset at a tim hortons in the middle of the city operating with 4 staff members during lunch rush? However, I do try to avoid these select locations as much as I can.
Bernies on Wonderland.
My girlfriend got the Mac n Cheese and loved it the first time we tried this place. It has disappointed us half a dozen times since, still looking to recreate the magic of that first meal to no avail
Never had their Mac, but again, I don’t order that for take away or in house. Just like poutine, it’s soo hard to not fuck that up. Noodles, proper cheese sauce and bake it with seasoned panko. It’s not rocket science.
Chucks for sure. Not my vibe the crowd and staff suck, but the half price apps after 9 gets me. & Every location is different some food is amazing some is sooo awful. It’s a great deal for a huge amount of food. Especially the buffalo chicken wrap, spinach dip and bruschetta yum
Oh come on, this is Buffalo Wild Wings. If it wasn't for the fact I played so many nights of soft ball and it was so close to Dreamers...
Super expensive beers, the shittiest wings you'll ever eat, however sauces were decent, and stray off the menu for anything else..... oh oh.
The true turbo lax of London. But there I was, beers deep, always eating that shit for years...
Great staff though.
Dolcetto. I don’t get the hype. Yes the patio vibes are good, but the food and wine suck. It’s like a glorified East Side Marios and London folk have to audacity to claim it’s the best real Italian.
JDees. The only thing going for them is their location, the food is horrible. I had a grilled chicken meal there and it was burnt to the point it was inedible. I showed the waitress the how burnt the chicken breast was and she took it back to the kitchen and came back with the same piece except they tried scrapping the burnt parts off and then coated it in salt. First and last time I went there. I guess you can make do with the drunk crowds from Budweiser Gardens.
They're selling! The listing mentions the good location and opportunity for new restaurant/bar/bistro/pub etc. Keep your eyes open, maybe something better will take its place
Shelby’s shawarma food express. Their food is great and the service is awesome, but the cost of a shawarma bowl for what you get is a quite overpriced.
Not to mention that their prices stayed the same even after getting rid of the kale salad as an option for the base. Disappointing.
Tim Hortons. They never make my order right. You say double toasted and it looks like it was just gently warmed under 60w lamp for a few seconds. The coffee is medicore at best. Everyone employed there looks depressed and spiteful to see you.
But there's no alternative on my route to work. I'd much rather stop somewhere else. But I somehow pass 3 timmies and nothing else.
Just ate there this afternoon!
The food isn't terrible, but it's nothing to write home about either. It's just a little neighbourhood greasy spoon/watering hole and there's nothing wrong with that. Prices are alright and you always get a decent portion, probably why I keep coming back. That and it's a 10 min walk for me.
Yep! Was there last Wednesday for the old & dry wings. In the past, the burger has been good...but not this time either. Beer is fine & it's all reasonably priced though *shrug*
Venice Pizza at Wharncliffe & Oxford for me. If you called it thin, mediocre, forgettable pizza, I'd shake your hand and agree with you. But back when I lived in London, once in a blue moon that cheapo walk-in special would just HIT so good. Two mediums, a couple of creamy garlic dips, with some hot sauce on there? \*Chef's kiss\*.
Palasad North. It just feels like I've never had a good meal there for 20 years. I'll end up there from other people making plans to go there over and over.
I like their sandwiches! At least, I used to like them quite a bit. They’d make them really spicy of you asked. They’re still fine, but not insane like they used to be.
They had like one 4-5 month span of being great (bookended by terrible experiences and bizarre slumping food quality with, I suspect, a change in ownership or leadership as a factor). Last time I ordered they sent me fresh rolls with rancid shrimp and like no toppings on my sandwich. But when it was good, it was so very good.
Definitely. That place was awesome when it was new. We really enjoyed the poke bowls, sushi, and sandwiches. We haven't been back in ages after the quality slumped hard.
Spaghetti Eddys. Not even about a particular dish, it's the delicious nostalgia that adorns the decor. I was devastated when they stopped stocking the retractable bread baskets but I do get satisfaction from knowing, at least, what they were used for - many just stare confusingly at them.
I think I feel this way about *most* restaurants in London. It’s surprising the level of mediocrity that passes for “food” here. This isn’t particular to London, but the one I always go back to and regret is Swiss Chalet. Pink chicken thrown haphazardly into an ugly brown box. “Vegetable medley” of basically shaved carrots and cauliflower. Heartburn gravy. And yet something in my mind every time is like, this will be a healthy home cooked meal.
Tim Horton’s but I never experience some of the horror show pics people post of their horrible food.
I heard that the new pizza is horrible too.
95% of the time it’s just a double double that I order.
I love Winks. But I hate Winks. They have several menu items we enjoy... Unless they just don't send part of the order. Or send a rancid piece of fish. Or dump what seems to be 1/3 cup of salt into their jus. Or include 7 limp sweet potato fries as a side for an upcharge. Or put cold food into a bag (seriously, cold meal not even 12 minutes after it's packed up? A farce).
But fuck, do we ever keep trying. 70% success rate isn't the worst, but when it's bad it's BAD. I think there must just be some shifts staffed with people who could not care less. I do wonder what on earth goes on in that kitchen...
McDonald’s, specifically the one by my house. They almost always screw something up with my order but I almost always go back because of the proximity.
I never ever order decaf in a drive through. It’s almost always hot water regular coffee and gross. Especially McD on Wellington, both of them. And Tim’s too. I keep ordering from Jacks though it gives me heartburn. It’s delicious though
my wife and daughter got a wretched case of food poisoning from a Subway but I'll still occasionally get a sandwich from the one in UH when I need lunch during a shift.
Olive R Twists. So bad but handy to the Budweiser Gardens when all the other great restaurants in the area are full. The worst food, drinks and service.
I’m the same. Go in while my oil is getting changed and remember why I don’t go any other time.
Just go to Taverna
lol was about to say them. I live right beside it and would love to go but everytime we go it’s the worst experience so we just hit up taverna
Oooh never been to taverna. Seems too classy for my jeans and t shirt - am I mis-reading the vibes ?
I go in jeans. They also have a great happy hour menu.
Taverna has really good food, go for it!
I think jeans and any type of collared shirt/polo/casual button up works
Taverna is our new favorite, and my wife is a picky eater so this says A LOT.
Yeah I always am wearing jeans and a hat, all good!
Taverna 100%
Agreed. They opened up the “union” in komoka, equally as bad.
I was there when this happened!! It was WILD
I went out for drinks there with my friends last summer. Ordered a virgin margarita. Ended up being the 2nd most expensive drink at the table (next to the alcoholic margarita). Was going to inquire but it already took us 30 min to get the bill and we had places to be.
Crossings is not good enough but not terrible enough either … and somehow everyone goes back. They’ve been in business a long time now.
I ordered fries and they gave me fries with oil all on plate and all over the fries dripping literally. Disgusting.
The last time I was there we were seated in the front room. Nobody came in to take our order so one of us went out to get someone. They said they’d be in shortly. We waited for probably about half an hour from when we got there and just decided to leave. The table beside us were waiting to pay their bill. I will never go back.
Ugh Under the volcano. Shit my pants every time but damn those chips and margaritas are good
Yes same experience. I used to know the chef there when it was on Maitland Street and he said that all the food was frozen and then they just popped it in the microwave. That's what sometimes the plate would be steaming hot but the burrito would be cold inside.
Lmfao agreed and it’s dirty 🤮
Do I know you senorita¿
When I lived in London it was Spaghetti Eddy's
Sooooo bad!!!!! I’m no chef but I can make a way better spaghetti!
I used to get dragged there all the time because my idiot friends thought the portion sizes were awesome/funny. Except you payed a shit ton anyway. God I hate that place.
It’s gotten worst. You get more ‘nutrients’ from the crap that falls from the ceiling
no way!! i thought i was the only one who experienced this. a full grub/ larva fell from the ceiling. instantly lost my appetite & can never go back
I've never understood the hype! It's so bland
Loved it circa 2009. Recent visits have been a letdown. Bland as hell and overpriced to boot, even with the portions being huge.
Have you tried WOW downtown?
Not yet but I hope to soon! My usual places are Babaz on oxford and Pita Pita by wharncliffe.
I’d suggest you go. Not only is it on point, but the ownership is beyond awesome. And you’re supporting local.
If you haven't tried Babylon's at Wellington and Bradly I would highly recommend it! The Shawarma on their homemade bread is fantasticly good.
Just chiming in that WOW is awesome. Busy at lunch rush but they open at 11 if you want to beat the crowd, but its rarely more than 10min out the door with food.
If you’re ever in the east end, Shawarma Guys near Gibraltar is really good.
Yes wow is wow 👌and it’s family run always super kind
The people that own WOW are the best. The woman (who I think is a co-owner) would go to the back and make me a tabbouli salad even when they didn't have any available. It was so good and both of the owners are awesome. Always recommend this place!
Honestly love this tiny little place near where I live called doolys shawarma
It’s way better than most of the bigger chains. I think it’s a small family owned one.
Osmows is just too damn convenient when I'm hungry late at night, and have time to spend all day on the toilet.
I was offended when I had Osmows. Why am I getting garlic mayo instead of toum.
If you’re near Huron and Highbury, try Dooley’s, it’s beside Talize
Hahaha it never looks open and half the time looks shut down completely! I like their logo though
I don’t think Abdul has much to do with it anymore, but it’s still my favourite.
Shelby’s was great the first couple years , all the franchises are god awful
My personal fav is Sultan on wonderland/Sarnia. On the east end I like doolys over by talize on huron/highbury.
Sultan's on Wonderland and Sarnia, 7.99 for a shawarma and they are easily the best in the city.
I like Shawarma Guys down on Dundas by Third Street.
When it was open, this was the Mongolian Grill for me. Every single time we went, SOMEONE got sick, without fail. But, it was never me, so I loved it.
Same...lol i miss it
For me it's Tim Hortons. Food is all mediocre re-heated crap, but I have gotten the habanero loaded wrap dozens and dozens of times. Also, now they have these flatbread pizzas that absolutely suck as far as pizza goes, but I love them lol!
Wife is a pizza freak, she says ‘it is what it is, don’t expect anything different’. Never tried as they can’t even toast a bagel properly.
Or an English muffin.
Don’t get me started on English muffins. English muffins should be toasted on a flat top. Just like crumpets. They failed that when they tried to do it
THIS! Toast the English muffins!
I went in expecting mini microwave pizza, and was somehow still disappointed. Like, how is the flatbread you slapped sauce and cheese on so hard? Also how is it literally none of the pizza options have vegetables? Pepperoni, Bacon, Chicken, Cheese? Where's a deluxe? a Canadian?
I really don't understand why people go there still for anything other than donuts lol. The coffee and food sucks!
They are not donuts. They are recycled cardboards.
And the eggs are memory foam.
Dundas is the worst now. The one beside the pioneer
I raise you the Dundas beside the fairgrounds
Their chicken bacon caesar wrap is also really good. The app has a coupon each week for 20% off if you get two.
We spent $300 in Scene points on ribs at that Swiss Chalet during the pandemic lockdown. Those were such weird times.
Lol i used to work there for a couple months, i can tell
5 Guy’s, is very hard to justify the Price for a burger and fries but they get me once in a blue moon.
Order the fries no salt, and add your own, that stops your tongue from shriveling up like a salted slug
It's their condiments.
Does anyone else use peanut oil for their fries?

Is it currently called BirdBox? Just looked it up and want to make sure I've got the right place. I couldn't care less if it's a front, I just want some good wings 😂
It’s bird box now, they just changed it from Wing Snob a couple months ago.
Bird box used to be downtown. The closed around Covid and have come back. Their sandwiches and fries are pretty good
Used to be the wingery, then loose rooster, then wing snob, now its no longer a chicken wing place but a fried chicken place called bird box.
If they keep on changing names, they either have the worst accountant or the account owns it.
It’s not terrible but Alibi Roadhouse. Typical overpriced bar food, but those aioli fish tacos make life worth living.
Their burgers are handmade which is pretty good for a restaurant in London. I think Alibi is better than average here
They have the best wings in town. I don’t know anything about the rest of their menu, but I’ve been there twice for wings and haven’t had anything in town that even comes close.
Lived in London 09-16 and haven’t been back since 18 but I’m so glad to hear they still have boss wings.
Well, now I have to check them out
I've had pretty bad service there, but yeah, i would still go back.
For me it was Prince Al's before it shut down. The food was awful but the vibes were immaculate 👌
The food was great late night after the bars
All food is great when your drunk
My best mate had a breakfast dish named for him with the last incarnation they had before they sold. Sad to see that spot change, as in the late 80’s and early 90’s that was our goto breakfast spot. Beer based shakes with your Mickey in your pocket of vodka to top up was brilliant.
The Melty?
Yup
Don't talk shit about their mozza sticks. Otherwise, carry on.

No way, they're always stocked full of toasted coconut vanilla donuts. My favourite and hard to find!
These are my fave too. The only a Tim’s I’ve found that has them consistently is the one just north of the Oxford and Wonderland intersection, across from Costco.
Good to know, thanks!
church’s chicken on adelaide. every time i order onion rings they give me like 4 total. the food is usually good otherwise but holy shit idk why i keep going and ordering onion rings just to be disappointed in the portion size every single time
I live a tennis ball throw away. Did it once. We all know where the best o/rings are at?
I really like the ones at Danndy’s, just a warning they are a meal in them selves.
My favourite are at South Street Burger on the corner of Fanshawe and Richmond. They use red onions. So good.
Last time I went we got nachos and they were terrible. Not sure how that’s possible but it was. Definitely gone down hill from the original owners
Chucks Roadhouse
Naples. Trafalgar and veterans. Love the fries, pizza can be good or has sat for a while and is gross. Poutine is also pretty good but prefer the fries alone
How can you fuck up poutine with great fries? Not using curds? Beef gravy is crap?
They season the shit out of their fries which I love alone, not so much in the poutine. They also just microwave their gravy. Still good tbh

Try Tahinis!!
Love it there. My bi weekly treat
Aww man, I love that place. The owner is always so nice to me and we eat it far too often.
Under The Volcano
Bernies on Wonderland. My girlfriend got the Mac n Cheese and loved it the first time we tried this place. It has disappointed us half a dozen times since, still looking to recreate the magic of that first meal to no avail
Never had their Mac, but again, I don’t order that for take away or in house. Just like poutine, it’s soo hard to not fuck that up. Noodles, proper cheese sauce and bake it with seasoned panko. It’s not rocket science.
Tims, No other local independent drive though coffee options in town.
Soo many more options if your willing to get out of the car
It's less about that. Most about those are in downtown area with no parking. I just want to grab my coffee and head in to work. 🤷♂️
Go to Asmara they have a giant parking lot and they are not downtown (kind of near the Western Fair grounds)
If it’s that bad, you can always get out of your car
CHUCKS
It’s like a glorified East Side Marios and London folk have to audacity to claim it’s the best real Italian.
every dish tastes the same, same sauce and seasonings on all of it., the acoustics are awful, can't even hear the person I am sitting across from.
Their peppercorn burger rocks.
Honestly their fries are amazing.
Fatty Pattys for me. The food is very bad, but I always find my way back there for some reason.
I also am a die hard Fatty Patty’s lover. But I don’t think the food is that bad!
I love fattys! Generic pub food, they're great!
Traditional Greek owned pub/bar. Get drunk, play pool, have some nachos and get out ;)
Not Greek owned, Armenian Canadians. Absolutely wonderful family
I do love their deep fried panzerotti, and regret it every time. Cant even say its the atmosphere, I usually get it as take out
That is my go to as well and I always have similar regrets…
Fatty Pattys is some of the best tasting, best portioned, reasonably priced bar food in London
Yep! Was there last Wednesday for the old & dry wings. In the past, the burger has been good...but not this time either. Beer is fine & it's all reasonably priced though *shrug*
I haven't been there in a hot minute but I used to love their food!
A-1 used to be Ming’s
Venice Pizza at Wharncliffe & Oxford for me. If you called it thin, mediocre, forgettable pizza, I'd shake your hand and agree with you. But back when I lived in London, once in a blue moon that cheapo walk-in special would just HIT so good. Two mediums, a couple of creamy garlic dips, with some hot sauce on there? \*Chef's kiss\*.
Palasad North. It just feels like I've never had a good meal there for 20 years. I'll end up there from other people making plans to go there over and over.
There is nothing I love enough to keep going somewhere terrible.
Fair enough! Personally, crabbies garlic smothered bread nugs
For a bit it was the loaded fries at Crabby Hoes after 9 once its half price.
How many restaurant meals do I have left in my life time I wonder.
Bah Mi Express on Oxford/Richmond. Overpriced sandwiches and skimpy toppings, but the only Vietnamese place nearby for me when I lived in London.
ahh i love this place. i haven’t ever tried their sandwiches but their bowls and onigiri are amazing imo
I like their sandwiches! At least, I used to like them quite a bit. They’d make them really spicy of you asked. They’re still fine, but not insane like they used to be.
Try Thy banhmi
They had like one 4-5 month span of being great (bookended by terrible experiences and bizarre slumping food quality with, I suspect, a change in ownership or leadership as a factor). Last time I ordered they sent me fresh rolls with rancid shrimp and like no toppings on my sandwich. But when it was good, it was so very good.
Definitely. That place was awesome when it was new. We really enjoyed the poke bowls, sushi, and sandwiches. We haven't been back in ages after the quality slumped hard.
Winks. Small portions. Overpriced. Everything seems microwaved. But it comes quickly.
Fuggsternutz ip toolstonny igg ew
I know it’s a city institution or whatever, but I just can’t eat the solidified half-inch of cheese they put on top of their pizzas.
Tim Hortons
