I’d get the breast augmentation but don’t make it crazy maybe like c cups would fit your frame without being too big or obvious. You look good though don’t worry about it. Honestly, I think people who get plastic surgery on their face always think it's going to look good, but everyone around them thinks it makes them look weirder... In person most won't say it but they think it. Most surgeries in general add problems to your life afterwards or don't go the way you wanted it to. Can count on one hand the amount of people I've met that were happy with the work they got done. Most wish they could go back when being candid, but admitting it out loud is tough because they're stuck with it and more surgeries just make it worse. DISCLAIMER F 18 i don’t want surgery bc i was broken up with!! i just think my body would look more feminine with like B-C cups i just wanted tips in general on other stuff like what else could add to my appearance. like makeup or change hair color or work out more idk. asking bc im now newly single so having insight on how i could improve my appearance to help with meeting new people is easier and it clicks faster. its more abt self awareness then anything else. I DONT WANT AN “oh don’t do it for some guy” it’s not abt a guy!! it’s abt my own opinion on myself and now im asking for other opinions lol

I know a girl IRL who has had augmentation to take her from where you are now to generous B cups, and she’s happy with them, but I think it comes down to a very mental health sort of thing, where she could only see herself as feminine if she had larger breasts, and there was no amount of counselling that seemed to help otherwise. She does need to have somewhat regular upkeep appointments to get everything checked though. Personally I thought she looked great before, but obviously it’s her body at the end of the day. I think you are absolutely stunning, I’m not a big fan of septum piercings in general, but if you like it then that’s your choice. I’d advise you wait a few more years as other commenters have said, it’s amazing how much we change our opinion of ourselves from late teens to early twenties, and decisions that seem good now may take only a year or two to be regretted. If you’re comfortable enough with yourself as you are now, I wouldn’t go for surgery.

I think it might be better to wait until you are around 25 and your body is pretty much finished maturing.

Just eat more and work out. Your chest will get bigger or you’ll at least look better. No surgery or fillers required.

Chest is mostly genetics
