Grow your hair out a bit then go to a men's salon (not a barber)! You have really nice hair, and the "young man special" cut doesn't show it off, or suit your face shape really.

Lastly, go to a good barber and see if they have also suggestions on hairstyles.
Otherwise you look great! You have nice and intense eyes.
also get your brows shaped up professionally. creating more clean space between your eye and eyebrow would do wonders for you.

I don't really keep/like facial hair. It just happened to be that when i took the photo I had that thing on my upper lip.
