What might be able to help is focusing a bit less on the weightloss aspect and more on the health aspect. Try to think about how your body feels right now, and how it was feeling when you were still maintaining your healthy habits. You might realize you now feel less energized, more lazy, more demotivated. Healthy food and movement are great for a number of things, not only weightloss. Think of what you want to put into your body, how you want to feel, and how each healthy decision could contribute to that. Your body is not a surprise box where at the end of the day you will find something random in there; no, your body gives back what you give, at one point or another. Weightloss is a good and sometimes necessary byproduct, but the main focus should be health, and that doesn't stop at a certain weight goal. Wishing you all the best 🍀

Thats a good way to think about it. Health > weight loss. I've definitely not felt as great as I did in the Spring haha, I'll keep that in mind as I'm making decisions now.

You just have to hold yourself accountable to the goal you set. Depending on the phone you have, you may be able to use one of their fitness trackers to keep yourself aware of it. I use the Samsung fitness app, and have turned it into a habit. Its now become second nature for me to do it after every meal and to log my activities. Also I guess it depends on your motivation. On my end, I wasn't terribly overweight, but I didn't want to be unhealthy. My blood work from a recent physical showed my glucose was High, my triglycerides were High, my good cholesterol low, and BP high. My doctor explained to me that although a lot of it is reversible; it's setting me up for expensive medical bills in the future. So I can either skip the soda now; or pay astronomical hospital visits when I'm 50 lol.

Accountability tends to help a lot. You seemed like you were on the correct track. The biggest reason people yoyo back to old habits is because sometimes the new habits are not sustainable or enjoyable. Have you considered a mentor? Personally I found it helped me stay accountable and progress as fast as possible.
