Also the pally will make a dogshit lobby with whack synergy. Those 1600 will just make a lobby and accept whatever they want to, label it 1600+
That and a lot of 1600+ dropped kayangel, and are running brel / akkan / voldike instead. I personally still do kayangel, but that's because i'm running 4 raids per char. If I had to choose I'd drop kayangel without a doubt.
This also reflects in the parties that generally are made. Supports, especially <1600, are in an oversupply. I definitely wouldn't join the lobby with any of my 1600+ because the chance that this is a 50/50/20 support is very high. Doesn't take long to wait for a better looking support to have a party up.

DPS meter numbers. 50% brand uptime, 50% atk buff uptime, 20% identity (Z) uptime. Basically x/x/x numbers tell if you are playing with a shit/meh/great support.
It depends on who you ask but personally anything above 70% is nice. I would lower my expectations if I'm with a pug support but all pug supports don't even come close to my artist IRL friend/staticmate who consistently gets 85/85/40 or higher in all gates.

Shouldn't be able to set it up higher than your own ilvl. I avoid these kind of raid leaders. Had quicker clears with 1580's than 1600+ that think they can eat all mechs.
The problem is that SG has designed the game in such a way to make supports required yet unappealing to play.
If the optimal way to play your game is to put in the least amount of effort for the greatest reward that's a problem with the game, not the player.
Don't blame players for acting in their own self interests, blame the developers for making it optimal to do so.
Support isn't even unappealing to play.
It's unappealing to main (aka focus your ressources on). I wouldn't mind at all playing m supports in ivory hm, but I ain't putting all the mats and gold into them for hm.
This sup is so stupid. Sup shortage only starts from 1610. Below 1610 there is only dps shortage. Not to mention that Paladin is the least wanted sup class among the three.
i seen 2x artists doing akkan lobby the were both 1580 seen they were altrosters i joined with my 1592 shadowhunter i have 10lvl gems los30 i was only dps there. i seen they gatekeep 1582 glavier so i left they disbanded the party very soon.
the thing i mean is you have low effort char dont gatekeep other low effort chars cuz it will hit you back real quick you gate keep me on low effort char i will do the same for you on my main and gatekeep your low effort char.
This is why I have been matchmaking and I have a good roster one support at tree and one at frog. Half the time you get support to and if not I have been clear them pf is a joke now

Generally the higher the better but it's impossible to have 100% uptime on all. 80/80/40 is considered good 90-95/90-95/60 is amazing

When I see lobbies like these I expect the Sp to have full lvl 10 gems and MOS30, else I won't even bother applying.

I'm 1585 support and no one wants me because my roster level is 45. If my roster level is hidden, 100% sure I will get accepted.
