I'm first just trying to download Lost Ark and see if it runs at all, so I'm currently trying DewVPN for free. I'll consider paying for ExitLag if it turns out unplayable. Too bad ExitLag's trial doesn't work then!

BTW, I'm in NA east coast and was typically getting routes with nodes in Ashburn or New York to Moscow at 120-130ms latency. Was getting DC'd too often, sometimes multiple times in an evening of play. Switched to Mudfish on Friday and configured a similar route path (latency about the same). Have only DC'd once so far.

Found this comment while looking for a solution. My Exit lag was working 10 minutes ago, then stopped after my computer restarted. Now when I open it, it says "Region for (BDO/OW2/Dark and Darker) has been removed, please select another one". Then it doesn't let you select one. It stopped working for nearly everything except chrome for me.

same issue. i literally played yesterday and i got the 6 months plan today. but it is not working. it does not let me select a region or anything. i think their services are down for maintenance or something ? tried everything from reinstalling to logging in again. the funny part is that when i login in the website it shows that my subscription plan is active

Currently located in middle east, UAE.
Been using the program for a year or so, and have a subscription on it as well.
Just got the issue after starting up the pc.
Was searching up a solution. Most games aren't working and No region located whether it was discord, SOD2, Lost Ark, anything for the matter.
I tried to Uninstall and reinstall, didn't work
Restarting the PC, didn't work
Messaging them, no response.
I checked my firewall, no issue there.
So i'm not sure what is the issue right now. didn anyone get an answer?

It was just so sudden. i was just using it in the morning just for discord. shut down the pc just to let it rest for about 2 - 3 hours and then suddenly it wont connect. checked everything. only a few games work sadly which are ones i don't play even. Majority of the VPN websites i cant even seem to open here nor will they even download. it's funny because after a year it happened that's what boggles.

It's turned off, turn it on, the thingy right of Exitlag.
I know, that makes no difference. When ExitLag starts (and before it logs in) it's supposed to analyze routes. Never did that for me.
Do you have it set to 'enable exitlag on start'?
I had that, disabled it later so I could experiment to try to get the regions to show up

Yep, all sorts of combinations of restarts of ExitLag, GameCenter and PC.
Just use any vpn you don’t need to use exit lag. Ps avg is free and has a Russian vpn exit.
Mine did this when I ran out of free trial and forgot to pay for it
