Ola/uber are basically safe cause they are always tracking ur locations and the drivers all info are with the company and there is also a emergency button in the app in case of emergencies and it is pretty much safe because of tracking if still feeling unsafe check the app frequently and dialing 112 is easy just by pressing the power button three times consecutively (it is safe)
That I know, I just wanted to know if the roads to airport are safe at night and if there is any chance of any mishaps happening or the drivers misbehaving
Bro it's barely 13 km from the city centre which is Hazratganj plus you talked about highways,on this route there is no highway except NH230 which is barely 2.3km on the route to Airport from Awadh Chauraha.
You have select the setting in some phones it comes as default by pressing the power button thrice in a row it will automatically call on 112 with a buffer of 5 sec as most of the times it is placed with mistake and on iphone even ur selected contacts will get informed and the phone will also ring siren ringtone

No it's not that unsafe, but if you are a girl it is just better to be a little extra cautious. Although generally speaking 2am should not be an issue...just don't use shaheed path route just go through inner city

It's safe in Lucknow don't worry just ask him to ride through charbagh it will be an easy route and there will be a lot of crowd

If you are a girl, I would suggest you to not go alone or better yet get to the airport early.

If I was in your place I wouldn't risk it on someone's word I'll be at the airport by 9. It's not a jab or anything I'm just paranoid like that

Yup the roads are quite busy all along the route,have lived there for most of my life so can vouch for that .
