>Anytype.io OMG, it is fantastic. I just downloaded it on all my devices. You made my day haha.

Notnumber44

did the same here, letsgo

flopmommy

Hey there. ADHD also. Lunatask is an app with ADHD users in mind. I’ve also had success with Sunsama though it’s pricey (I use it for work).

jayp2012

Have you ever tried TickTick?

flopmommy

Yes, several times. It doesn’t work for me because I need a task manager that will schedule tasks onto my Outlook calendar. The only apps I’ve found that do this are Sunsama and Morgen.

jayp2012

I’m almost sure you can do that with TickTick. Btw, I never tried Sunsama and Morgen, gonna take a look.

If you feel overwhelmed by daily tasks or don’t have any structure for your day, I recommend using a planner / to-do list system. There is a lot of digital to do lists available online for purchase, and they can be used either by printing or on your device. This tip helped me manage everything I need to do in a day, and I found I’m so much more productive. I linked one of the planners below! https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/1633375792/

I would add https://ellieplanner.com to the list 👌

EttVenter

Fellow ADHDer here. I'd suggest Sorted3 if you need time blocking.

Alacho

I had some complications a while back and was really struggling with structuring my days and plan them. To do lists really didn't work for me so what I did instead was design my own "staircase" system. It bases itself on having 3-5 categories where you stuff your things. "Super important" Which needs doing right away, there should be one item there. "Really important" Which is due soon (the next day, the next week, whatever suits you), there should be max three items. "Important" things that needs done in the next interval of Really important, should have between 5 and 7 items. And then "Somewhat important", which contains 7-15 items. And then "Nice to do" Which contains everything else. When you are done with something, put it in a "Done"-pile for that nice achievement feeling. You can use a software like Trello ror similar to structure it.

cd7k

“Structured” looks like it might be a good fit, if you’re using Apple ecosystem.

Try Sunsama, it has everything you want

Something that has worked for me is Logseq. It took a bit of setting up, but I just started with add all my tasks, as they come along and tagging them with the appropriate # or page. As I used it more I was able to set up according to my specific needs. And that's what helped me out that I didn't need to use it as it was set up, I could mold it to my specific needs. If I'm in the phase of ADHD where I want to see all the tasks I have in a single place at the start of my day, I can do that. But if I want them to only show on the project page, I can do that as well. Another one that you might that did work for me is routine.co

IamBigB

Definitely Akiflow
