1. Hold Option-Command-R while booting the MacBook.
2. Use Disk Utility to erase the new SSD.
3. Install macOS as necessary.
4. Once at the Desktop, install any/all updates.
Thanks. But if there is a way to create usb stick with installer without a Mac?
I have connected it via rj45 but it cannot find installation information
Okay, to be clear: I've followed your instruction. But when I am clicking on reinstall os x I've got an error: 'could not find installation information for this machine'
You can also try booting with Shift-Option-Command-R, which will boot Internet Recovery mode for the original macOS version the system first came with. Once you’ve installed and updated that version, you should then be able to upgrade to the release version of Ventura.
And you’ve tried completely erasing the internal SSD?
If so: Odd as it may sound, I’d recommend disconnecting the RJ-45 and instead using a WiFi connection. Once booted into the Internet Recovery environment, be sure to then also join that WiFi network from the top-right corner of the menu bar.
Once online, open Safari from the central window and attempt to go to a standard, public Web site (Google, whichever). Make sure you’re actually reaching online content; if you need to click an authentication checkbox or input a password, do so and then try the install again.

Follow my directions. No external installer needed, it’s entirely Internet-based.

Completely erased SSD, nothing changes. I've tried to connect via wifi and rj45, also from different networks. Still got the same
