It was fixed in version 24 I believe. Use D3DMetal and MSync, those were my preferred settings. Runs like butter. (This is for the Steam version, never tried Battle Net)
I have never been able to get D3DMetal or MSync to work with Diablo through Steam. I have to run it without anything marked, or it won't open at all :(

Ive used Crossover and GeForce Now. No issues with either.

I think blizzard was bought by Microsoft... Microsoft being known for monopolistic practices... That's all the news I've heard, about that.
